From your 19th floor Gulf-front balcony, you'll overlook expansive views of sugary white sands known for generations as the Miracle Mile. With floor-to-ceiling windows throughout your expansive living room, there are views from every angle! The living room offers plenty of seating with a sleeper sofa (queen-size mattress!) and matching love seat. Watch your favorite shows on the large flat-screen TV, a video player is also provided for movie nights!

Condo is in need of a deep cleaning! Floors /baseboards need scrubbed especially in the corners. Bed was uncomfortable. Kitchen is not stocked very well. AC was not working when we arrived but communication with host was great and it was repaired the next day. Balcony furniture was good. Linens and towels were well stocked.

Absolutely loved this property. Would stay again. Already planning our next beach vacation. Panama City beach was great. We had two double red flag days during our stay; however pool was great and nice sized! Even during pandemic, we were able to maintain social distance.

Great location. Very close to a ton of restaurants Beautiful view of the beach. Sofa was comfortable and plenty of towels. A couple maintenance issue were taken care of immediately. Told them the Patio chairs were too nasty rusty to sit on without putting one of their nice white towels on it. They were replaced with brand new ones before we returned from dinner. The first morning, we couldn’t get the coffee maker to turn on and they brought a brand new ones within an hour. Kitchen might be a little lacking in supplies if you’re at more than two people and plan on making most meals in. I couldn’t find a casserole dish or something to use in the microwave or a decent covered pan for bringing food back and forth to the grill but we made due.

Good week end
The property was ok with normal wear and tear. The view was excellent so we spent a lot of time on the huge balcony. One of the security men was rude, but that has nothing to do with the property. We will visit again.

Twin Palms is always my favorite!

This was our first time staying in this specific condo. Very clean, it has all the things that you need. This location is always our favorite. Walk right across the street to Sunrise, the breakfast and coffee spot of our choice and of course Pineapple Willy’s isn’t far. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great location, beautiful view of beach
Overall was a perfect place for our purpose and we even decided to extend our stay another day to enjoy it. Great place for a small family get together and has everything you could need. Very easy access to beach, and nice pool. Few good breakfast spots across the street were convenient and great location overall. The beach was beautiful and we had an amazing time. The only reason I gave 4 stars is the place needs a bit better cleaning, we had our 1 year old playing all over the floor and his legs would be black with dirt, so the floor was not mopped well. Also this building doesn't have straight balconies - - meaning if you are against the railing looking out at the ocean and your neighbors are outside you can very clearly see and hear each other and could have a full conversation with your neighbors so that was pretty awkward. It was unfortunate for us that the neighbor on the right to us was often smoking weed so we couldn't be out with our 1 year old on the porch much. Overall this didn't affect our stay too much and would gladly stay again.

Beach Stay
Overall this property was ok. They had issues with their elevators while we were there. It caused some inconvenience but worked out. Our friends had beach chairs & umbrellas received with their condo but we did not. That wasn't a big deal but the "kids" dragging them out & picking them up were rude & they would pick the chairs up before 5:00 even though it was not time. They stated " the boss man wants em' picked up". We were also there during a few windy days & returned home 1 day to find our outside furniture in our living room. When I called to find out who had entered our room & why it was explained that maintenance had entered to pull furniture inside because of the threat of hurricane Ian which at the time was still miles from Florida. That made my husband & I very uncomfortable so I called. I was informed that somewhere in my contract I had agreed that maintenance could enter & that they had knocked. We were out that day so we felt like more of an effort should have been made to contact us letting us know someone would be by. Overall nice place & enjoyed our stay.

Great place!
Trying to give useful information here: Excellent location. Would 100% stay here again. This condo was nice and clean. Great view! Sleeping on the bed in the master bedroom was what I imagine sleeping on a cloud feels like. We didn’t use the kitchen much but was fully stocked. The condo was stocked with towels, wash cloths, dish cloths, hand towels, one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, extra pillows and blankets, laundry detergent, dish detergent, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, deodorant, etc. Reserved parking spot right in front of the elevator. Beware that your vehicle will be covered in salt! Within walking distance to some great places such as the WonderWorks Museum, the Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum, Pineapple Willy’s, and several other restaurants and stores. ML Pier is about a mile and a half mile away. Getting our car in and out was never a big issue. And convenient pedestrian access to the street when we wanted to walk. The beach was never overly crowded, nor was the pool. We brought our own chairs, but could have rented some nearby. Oh, and we never had to wait long for an elevator. Overall, a great experience for a couple of PCB first timers! If you get a chance while you’re there, visit El Rodeo Tequila Bar & Grill about 10 minutes away by car. Great food and live music! Also, Adventures At Sea for a waverunner tour or boat rental!

Needs kitchen and lamp additions
The view is spectacular and the parking is great! Negatives: there is no dining or bistro table in the unit. You either use the coffee table or backless stool at the kitchen counter for meals. There were 3 forks, 4 spoons, a completely rusted tea kettle and no toaster. We didn’t cook much, but lack of utensils made a dishwasher run every night necessary. There was only 1 lamp in the bedroom and none in the living area. The couches need to be replaced as they have no form and you sink in completely. A few inexpensive updates could make a lot of difference.

Labor Day Weekend
Great views and convenient location. Easy check in and out. The condo was very clean. Even though we were on the 19th floor, we never had too long of a wait for an elevator since there are only five units per floor. The pool was bigger than we thought. The kitchen is small but sufficient for our needs. I liked the dedicated parking spot, and there are others available if you have multiple vehicles. I would definitely stay here again.

The condo was adequate for our needs. Beautiful view! Great elevator access. Did not spend a lot of time waiting AND it was air conditioned. Pool nice and clean! Loved the music by the pool. The decor was very basic which was ok for us because we spend most of our time on the beach. A little disappointed in the cleanliness. Tub could have been a little cleaner. Black gunk/slime came out from under toilet rim mid-week. Very friendly manager! Super accessible and knew the answer to our questions.

35th Anniversary Getaway
Second time to stay at Twin Palms. Thoroughly enjoyed every minute! Great location, close enough to walk to many places that are ways a must. Very convenient beach chair rentals, super gorgeous views. Will definitely come back!

Not the best 😞
The room was nice and we definitely love Panama City Beach but we only had about three forks and two spoons for a full family, there were no pans to bake with so we had to improvise. The outdoor furniture was rusted and one broke when we tried to sit on it and they told us parking passes would be in the room but none were provided so we have to drive across town to go pick them up. Overall a decent stay, but was a little disappointed on a few things.
