The property is close to town, boat harbor river, with plenty of room to park your boat!
This Modern home has tasteful touches of colorful decor, modern furnishings, and easy-keep flooring with a Chefs kitchen.
Wifi connectivity, Outdoor patio BBQ area for afternoons on the Deck or Couch after a fun-packed morning by the water.
The main bedroom has a King bed with a Private Ensuite, a Queen Bed in the middle room and a set of single bunks in the third bedroom.
The family bathroom, separate toilets, washer, and dryer are in the enclosed mud room to the back of the house.
You can enjoy alfresco dining on the front patio. Walk to the river in less than 10 minutes and town is half that away. This easy-care holiday house is in a great position to enjoy everything Augusta has to offer.
