Beautiful studio with WIFI 400m from the beach in the center of TREGASTEL
N°706 - Beautiful studio renovated in 2021 with free WIFI 400m from the beach of Coz-Pors and 100m from the center of Trégastel and shops, located on the 1st floor of a residence, rue du Général de Gaulle, including:
1 living room with TV, sofa bed (sleeping 2 people) -
1 equipped kitchenette with 1 combined oven and microwave, small fridge freezer, ceramic hob 2 rings, small appliances including coffee maker Dolce Gusto -
1 shower room with shower, washbasin and toilet -
WIFI. Electric heating. Parking beach in the street. Very good condition (maintenance and paintings).
To be paid upon arrival: energy consumption, tourist tax, security deposit by credit card and, if necessary, optional services (sheets, final cleaning, etc.).
Biweekly rental in August, other periods: week.

Near Sainte Anne bay, Coz-Pors beach and Ile Renote.
Do everything on foot (shopping, beaches, swimming!)
