UPSTAIRS -Master Bedroom features a Queen Bed with Ensuite. -Entertainers Dream with generous Lounge Room, Dining Room and MASSIVE Balcony with table, Weber BBQ, outdoor lounge setting & views. - Kitchen has all modern appliances, pantry essentials, cookware and dinnerware, coffee pod machine and is perfect for self-catering.

The garage is not available for guests, however there is ample parking on the driveway (fits 4 cars) or on the quiet street Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, excluding the garage and the storage room.

Great house layout for larger groups. Breakout areas, plenty of good size rooms, 3 bathrooms. Open deck space is great - pretty weather/wind exposed at times. Would recommend safety strips put on both stair cases down to kitchen/dining area as this is a real hazard. Easily sorted tho. There was no coffee machine despite stating there was one in property notes. Twelve Sea or Dawn cafe are close by and can sort your caffeine/brekky fix.Ocean Grove is a cool quiet coastal town. Would recommend this house for family or friend groups.

The host on the coast got lost. very poor interaction with guest’s questions and sometimes choosing not to respond. very unprofessional. From the beginning our key concern was whether back garden was safe for our dogs. It was not. The place was clean. Doonas were not correct size for adults and unfortunately we had cold nights meaning interrupted sleep.
