Royal Garden Resort 1111 - Oceanfront Complex in Garden City Beach

The Royal Garden Resort HOA is currently in the process of repairing and waterproofing the exterior of the building on the ocean side. This process will begin on September 2, 2025 and continue throughout the remainder of the year. This process involves construction activities on the facades and balconies of the condominiums and may temporarily limit the use of the building's amenities and possible loss of access to the balcony. It also involves the use of loud machinery during working hours, Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM. The work will begin on the 15 “stack” (units ending in the number 15) and will proceed to lower numbers as each stack is completed; however, we don't know how long each stack will take or when the work will be performed on any other stacks. This 16-story oceanfront complex offers convenient amenities including three elevators, coin-operated laundry onsite, complimentary Wi-Fi, outdoor grills, and a parking garage. Relax in one of the lounging chairs on the expansive sundeck or go for a swim in one of the resort pools, which are open year-round. Royal Garden Resort features indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, and even kiddie pools! An onsite beach bar and grill offers food and drinks.
