Nuestro estudio independiente / unidad de un dormitorio es diferente ... Dormitorio con baño y gran balcón con vistas al mar están arriba. Bajando en las escaleras externas al aparcamiento y salón con cocina americana. Equipado con TV de 32 pulgadas, DVD, Cuenta con una terraza cubierta. Pasarelas por el jardín. También hay un lugar con una vista increíble para un vaso de vino, té o café.
Podemos ayudarlo con información sobre excursiones en barco, excursiones en kayak, alquiler de bicicletas de montaña, tratamientos de belleza y masajes y visitas de vinos. También le damos información sobre el área local.

Peace and tranquility

Spent a very relaxing four days in a very clean and well provisioned unit. Host were very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. A very enjoyable time was had.

Wonderful stay

The property was excellent. Clean, well equipped, very comfortable bed. The view was great. Very quiet. Barbara was fantastic. She was so friendly, helpful and made for an outstanding stay. We would fully recommend this accommodation as it is within walking distance to the main beach and is very peaceful.

We'll be back!

The studio was a pleasure to stay in, comfortably furnished and very well equipped. The location was perfect for ocean views from the sunny upper deck, likewise for easy access to Kaiteriteri or Marahau and Abel Tasman walks. Barbara and Dietmar were as good as owners get, very friendly, helpful, and communicative without imposing in any way.

Great Kaiteriteri Stay

Four nights / 3 day over Wellington's anniversary weekend. Very friendly host and comfortable accomodation. I was surprised to see that it was in two parts, a kitchen, sitting area downstairs and the bedroom bathroom and storage upstairs via an outside walkway. As it turned out this was of no consequence. Car was easily parked right outside the downstairs doorway. Both room lacked air conditioning although bedroom had a fan. The weather during our stay was hot and humid so sleeping was a bit "Sweaty". The other issue, unrelated to the bach, was the Cicadas and the noise they made in the bush nearby. Quietened considerably after sunset and became background noise for me after a while. The host showed us where to access a path that took us down to Kaiteriteri through the side of the camp grounds. Path was too difficult although would have been slippery if wet. Really enjoyed the three days in the Kaiteriteri and Takaka areas. Happy to go back again in the future.

A hidden gem

Barbara and Dietmar are such warm, genuine and accommodating hosts. Nothing was a problem and the standard of accommodation was pristine. Absolutely perfect hideaway for a couple to deeply relax.

We really enjoyed our stay at the studio.

We really enjoyed our stay at the studio. It was spotlessly clean and well equiped. The luxury bathroom had a great shower. However, the icing on the cake was the wonderful view from the deck and the perfect place for star gazing at night!

Short but Sweet

We stayed for 4 nights near the end of February and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Barbara and Dietmar are lovely people, very friendly and helpful. The room was exactly as described, with the bedroom and bathroom upstairs with adjoining deck, and the living area downstairs. The king bed was very comfortable. As we stayed in the summertime, the room was quite warm overnight, even with the windows open, but we were expecting that and it did not negatively impact our experience. We would definitely stay here again!

Missing the view

What more could one ask for than sitting on the deck and watching the sunset across the Tasman bay while the Tui and Kereru fly between the Rata tree's distracting your gaze from one of the most stunning outlooks in New Zealand. Our host's went above and beyond to accommodate us we couldn't thank them enough. We will definitely be back for another stay.

This property is just perfect for two and has beautiful sea views

We stayed for 5 nights at this property and everything about it was extremely comfortable, the seating, the beds, spotless, with lovely views from the balcony where we often breakfasted or sat enjoying a glass of wine as the sun went down. It was very close to the beach and only a 10 minute drive to the Abel Tasman Park. Barbara and Deitmar were outstanding hosts. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Great place

Great location with views of the sea and bush. Perfect place to stay for exploring this area. Comfortable accommodation on two floors with seating provided on decking and another table and chairs on lower floor outside the sitting room/kitchen/dining area, so lots of choice! Lovely hosts, Barbara and Dieter, who couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, but respectful of our space. So enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose to stay here again if we are ever in this area in the future.

Fantastic Location and peaceful piece of paradise

My partner and I stayed at this studio for a week to get a break and celebrate his birthday. The hosts were absolutely amazing to us. We were very well looked after and our every need or requirement was attended to. The hosts are the most welcoming hosts I have ever met. They had amazing local knowledge and were extremely accommodating. I recommend this studio to anyone who wants to enjoy this part of New Zealand's beauty and have a fabulous time. The kitchen had a bunch of local brochures on attractions and events in the local region. The hosts definitely made this a holiday we both won't forget and we will be back in the next year to enjoy this amazing place, and the tranquil garden overlooking the beach. This place is on the hillside just behind Kaiteriteri and about a ten minute walk, or a five minute bike down to the main beach. On a side note, anyone that wants to spend the evening outside enjoying the beautiful scenery, I would recommend bringing citronella candles that will deter the mosquitoes that do frequent the Kaiteriteri and Abel Tasman area at times. Thank you very much for looking after us, and having us. It was an absolute pleasure. G&J.

The Studio is in a great location, close to Abel Tasman, but quiet; very well appointed throughout with wonderful upstairs bed and and bath. The deck off the bedroom has a beautiful view over-looking Kaiteriteri and the Tasman Sea. Kitchen was well equipped as well. It was difficult to say farewell to our lovely hosts and this special place in the world.
