Special conditions:
1. Bring ALL of your own linen including towels, sheets, pillowcases, teatowels etc.
2. House must be cleaned on departure. Cleaning equipment provided. Any extra cleaning required will be charged for.
3. Remove all rubbish. (Transfer station on road to Castlepoint.) Rubbish left will result in extra charges.
4. Smoking NOT allowed inside and accepted outside ONLY.
5. Departure no later than 12 noon.
6. Limited water usage as it is Tank water so it is precious. Please be considerate. Extreme overuse of water will result in extra charges.
7. Minimum 2 nights stay all year. Additional minimum stays required on public holiday and long weekends, please enquire.
8. $300 per night most of the year, but additional charges for peak season. Please enquire.
NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to leave the property in the same state as you found it. Bring your own linen (towels/sheets/tea towels);
