The Bali Room-Part of Coromandel Eco Sanctuary. Pet Friendly/Wi-Fi/Chimenea Fire

The Bali Room is a cabin style accommodation that offers you a peaceful, serene environment and overlooks trees, bush and beautiful organic gardens - everything about this place is magical! The upper loft area sleeps a 3rd guest though it is a compact area so is more suited to children or smaller framed people.

A very short stroll from your room is the spacious outdoor/undercover Balinese style bathroom, kitchen and lounge area, complete with a Chimenea fireplace, The kitchen has a gas hob, microwave, small fridge and cooking utensils you will need. It does not have an oven.
These facilities are shared if our "Bali Haven," sleeping a maximum of 2 guests is occupied.

This pet friendly property is situated on nearly ¾ of an acre, and is just over 3 kms from Coromandel township and is opposite the famous Driving Creek Railway, (quiet train) and Zipline.
You can't help but admire the special touches this place has to offer, from the water features, to furnishings, to the vast well tendered gardens that surround the entire complex - truly amazing.

Diana, the owner of the premises, lives in a separate studio apartment further down the property, but is completely unobtrusive. She is on hand should you need any type of assistance.

We are an Eco Friendly property and recycling is encouraged. Only 100% natural cleaning products are used.

JES the host was very welcoming! Beautiful Bali Haven including kitchen area launch and bathroom facilities. Just amazing garden surrounding the place and also in the sheered area, a bit far walk down to the toalett in the middel of the night but otherwaise everything was good!!

Staying at the Bali Room at Coromandel Eco Sanctuary was amazing! It was so lovely to be surrounded by such lovely plantlife and native birds, while being so close to town. The place was so well tailored to the guest experience and generously considered (a well-stocked shared kitchen!). A wonderful stay.

Really enjoyed our stay here for 4 nights. Great location not far from town and good base to venture around all of coromandel. Loved the gardens and outdoor fire. Would highly recommend.

The Bali Room

We had a fantastic stay. Couldn't fault the accommodation, or the property manager. The place, was beautiful, clean and extremely tidy. Our dog was warmly welcomed, which nice. Ten out of ten.

Nice location and atmosphere.

I stayed here two nights in February and found the site very quiet relaxing. The open plan outdoor kitchen + bath really do have a Bali feel and were well appointed. Laurie-Ann was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely to stay, even if it's not sunny

Really lovely experience to have the indoor/outdoor flow and the separate areas for living room and bathroom. Much better than being stuck in a motel room! Beatiful gardens and easy access to everything in Coromandel Town.

Amazing peaceful hideaway.

Peaceful, relaxing listening to nature. Very serene, lit the fire that Diana got ready for us, and sat and listened to the moreporks while chatting. Room was lovely and cozy and bed comfy. Diana was lovely, very friendly and welcoming and easy to talk to. Overall an amazing weekend and would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends. Del and Greg.

Escape from reality.

We chose to spend our wedding anniversary in Coromandel Town, which is known for being a relaxed, laid back coastal town. Eco Sanctuary did not disappoint. It was amazing! As soon as we drove in, it felt like we were entering another world, completely different to our normal hectic lives. Although we arrived quite late for check-in, Diana greeted us with a smile and a friendly tour of the awesome facilities. We will definitely return to soak up the relaxed vibe. It was a great escape from reality for a brief moment. Thank you

Very good bach to stay

Great stay, very cool setup. It's a little cabin with a bed and loft space with another bed. The kitchen and bathroom facilities are separate. You will share the facilities with one other group of guests in another small cabin which is located on the other side of the property.
