Shared pool with the owner living at 40 m. 25 km Draguignan, 50 km from Ste Maxime and the Verdon. Swimming pool with protective barriers (10mx5mx1, 2 m - 2 m open to May 1). Ground floor: Fitted kitchen open to the living room, fireplace, two bedrooms with a double bed (140cm) in each of the rooms, a bedroom with a double bed (160cm), bathroom (shower and bathtub), separate wc.
