Supplies VRBO said is included was not the same as what was provided. If you need kitchen hand or dish drying towels, bring your own. I disagreed with the Host on what a dish towel is!! Could not get the TV downstairs to work, kept getting an error/unable to connect message Communication was easy when there was an issue. The house was great. Myself and all siblings and spouses enjoyed our stay. I definitely recommend.

Spent a wonderful two days in Helen and this cabin was exactly what we needed. Cozy, but also plenty of sleeping space! Very quick and easy drive into downtown Helen. Only comment is that the kitchen doesn’t have too much as far as baking ware (no baking sheets or pans) so bring your own if needed! Highly recommend!

The property was really great for myself and three sisters. We appreciated the 4 bedrooms with queen and king beds. It had great spaces indoors and outdoors for eating, lounging and playing games. The proximity to Helen as well as great hiking and waterfalls was excellent. The management company was super communicative and easy to work with. Our only real complaint was that the pots and pans should probably be replaced. The frying pans had lose handles. We could still use them to cook, but in contrast to the really nice dinnerware (plates, glasses, silverware) the pans were sub-par. Additionally, including clorox wipes or a cleaning spray to wipe down counters would have been nice.Overall we had an excellent stay and would recommend the cabin and the property management company.

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We're delighted to hear that you and your sisters enjoyed your stay and found the cabin comfortable and well-suited for your group. It's wonderful to know you enjoyed the indoor and outdoor spaces, the nearby hiking, waterfalls, and convenient access to Helen. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the cookware and cleaning supplies. Since your stay, our team has gone through the kitchen and organized the cookware that had accumulated from previous owners. We have separated and organized the different sets to improve consistency and functionality for future guests. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as guest feedback helps us continue improving the experience. Thank you for your kind words about our communication and management. We truly appreciate your recommendation and would love to host you again on a future visit!
