‘Raylyn’ Noosa Hinterland Family Stay

Only minutes from Noosa- drive down the stunning tree lined street with Mt Tinbeerwah views to the right and a private paradise awaits you.

This expansive home is nestled on 3 acres of manicured lawns and lush gardens. The private pool is an oasis to enjoy and you are spoilt for choice with 3 outdoor decks to entertain or relax on. Guests will have exclusive use of this beautiful home in Tinbeerwah in the Noosa Hinterland on Queensland's Sunshine Coast. It is suitable for up to 3 families having basically 3 houses all in one. Upstairs there are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms spanned over 2 wings and a large modern kitchen, dining and living space including a fireplace which opens on to the elevated undercover deck with BBQ and a view over the property and on to the tropical pool. This deck is furnished perfectly to dine on or relax in the rocking chairs with a beverage of choice and enjoy the nature. The kitchen is well appointed with a breakfast bar, dishwasher, coffee machine , air fryer, ice machine, large gas/ electric oven and stove top and everything else you will need.
Downstairs is the perfect teenage retreat or can accomodate a whole other family with one large double bedroom and another large room with 2 pull out futons. Then a well equipped kitchenette with electric oven and stove, dishwasher, fridge and wine fridge. Leading on to a huge lounge / games room with a pool table, dart board, large sofa, TV and dining table. There is a bathroom and massive outdoor deck that flows onto a fully fenced grass paddock with a fire pit and hammock.
The whole house can sleep 13 people with air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout.

GETTING AROUND
Situated only 8km to Noosa Civic and 14km to Hastings Street and Main Beach.
6km to the stunning Noosa River and Tewantin Township, 8kms to the gorgeous sleepy town of Cooroy and Noosa Botanical Gardens.
So many hiking and biking tracks to choose from. Bikes available for use. Climb Mount Tinbeerwah lookout for 360 degree views and you may even spot the house from up there. Visit The Eumundi Markets or The Doonan Hotel.
There is bus stop at the bottom of the street (5 minute walk) on Noosa Cooroy Rd.

GUEST ACCESS
Entire house except for 1 small room, 1 walk in wardrobe and the shed.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
2 well trained dogs are allowed on request. Dogs are allowed inside but not on beds or furniture and must stay in the fenced area at all times and not roam around the rest of the property. There is wildlife and birds that come close to the house so the dogs must not cause harm.
Please also note this is strictly a no party house. Noosa Council has very strict rules governing short term/ holiday rentals in regards to events and parties. While the setting is semi rural we do have surrounding neighbours and we require guests to apply the same courtesies you would in a residential area.
There is a change to furnishings from photos shown
and the property now has fencing in some areas.
There are 3 dams on the property outside fenced area.
