Lauren the owner is a gem, very easy to communicate with and accommodating for any requests. House and property are beautiful. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed her 16 birthday gathering there and so did I.

Lauren's place has million dollar views! Sitting in front of the pretty gas fireplace watching storms roll in is very atmospheric. The adorable home had everything we needed for a great stay, and the one thing we ended up needing, Lauren appeared at the door bearing, within minutes of my text. Our 3 yr old grandson played croquet in between the raindrops, and namely managed the 80 stairs to the waterfront. Wonderful area for our energetic dog to explore. We were extremely comfortable and would love to stay again on our next trip out.

We felt right at home immediately and the view was amazing. I wish we lived closer so we could stay here regularly!Lauren was very responsive and clearly knows what she is doing as a host.

Lovely property with great access to the beach flats (staircase). Great responsive host. Disappointed the clothes washer wasn’t available but found a great drop off laundromat close by.Great neighborhood near to center of town. Amazing local shop mart with amazing conveniences two blocks away. Quiet and Beautiful area of B’ham. Definitely this property is top of my local list ! Our dog Lola had a blast !

Nice cottage in a quiet neighborhood. Fantastic view!!Nice to be able to sit outside in the sun and look across the bay. Plenty of places to walk the dog. Enjoyed our stay in Bellingham very much.

Gorgeous location and very responsive host. I had to make several adjustments to my reservation and the host was very helpful. We loved watching the water birds and tides throughout the day. We rented the house for 5 nights with 2 couples and enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is very quiet so we all slept well. One thing to know (that I had not noticed in the photographs) is that there is a partial wall open to the living room separating the first floor bedroom from the rest of the space. It did not interfere with our stay but if you need a quiet bedroom while other people are still up, it is something to consider. We would love to return to the beautiful view!

We rented the house for a long weekend to celebrate our son’s wedding. It ended up being a perfect home base for groomsmen activities. We had the separate sleeping area and the “kids” were all up in the loft “sleep over” style. Lauren made sure we had sleeping spots for everyone. The house worked out great for us to gather together before the wedding to get ready for the big event with a beautiful view of Bellingham Bay in the background…it provided quite the photo opportunity! The house was well equipped with everything we needed, it was definitely a comfortable place to hang out. Conveniently it is only about 10 minutes to downtown Bellingham.

We were in town for a funeral. To say the host went above and beyond to turn a bad situation as bright as possible would be a huge understatement! The beautiful house along with the kind treatment really did make us feel better. We can't wait to be able to visit again when we can more enjoy this beautiful beach house! Thank you again!

Wow, reasonably priced, excellent views and quiet.

Did I mention the Bald Eagles soaring in front of our windows??Nice home in a quiet neighborhood. Very close to the town and far enough for quiet. We had a couple of questions that were immediately addressed by the owners. I would happily stay here again.

Stunning View

Amazing location with beautiful panoramic window view of Bellingham Bay. Manicured lawns and path to beach. Great for fair weather stays or cozy views out the window with a fire.Ammenities were basic but functional. Quick and friendly communication from local host.
