Cela signifie que nous aurons un traversier réservé aux passagers et que tous les clients réservant pendant cette période se stationneront du cÎté du continent et traverseront. Le comté de Whatcom fournit une navette pour l'ßle et le Beach House se trouve à quelques pas du ferry. Toutefois, si vous souhaitez passer des vacances avec une ßle de voiture, vous ne voudrez pas réserver pendant cette période. *
Cette charmante maison historique au bord de la plage, joliment amĂ©nagĂ©e, comprend deux chambres (une avec salle de bain attenante, un lit queen-size et une autre chambre avec un lit simple) et peut accueillir trois personnes. Le chalet est Ă©quipĂ©e avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour un facile sortir. Profitez de la grande terrasse surplombant la vue imprenable sur le mont Baker et les SƓurs, regarder le ferry, le chef de Whatcom, voile d'avant en arriĂšre, prendre un bain dans la baignoire profonde, lu par la cheminĂ©e, mettre votre kayak dans l'eau et de l'aventure, ou faire un tour de vĂ©lo ou de la randonnĂ©e. Vous vous trouverez Ă  distance de marche du cafĂ© Beach Store local (juste en face de la rue mais veuillez consulter son site Web pour connaĂźtre les heures d'ouverture car elles sont limitĂ©es) et une Ă©picerie locale. IdĂ©alement situĂ© Ă  seulement cinq minutes Ă  pied du ferry et sur la boucle de 7 mile pittoresque qui est idĂ©ale pour la marche et le vĂ©lo. Very cozy beach house for two, and there is a single bed in the other small bedroom. Nicely decorated and the view towards Bellingham and Mt Baker can’t be beat.

I’m generally not a relaxing vacation gal, more of a do it alllll person, but dang if I did not FULLY RELAX at this adorable Lummi Beach House. It’s exactly perfect in every way. Gorgeous views, nice little rocky beach to explore, comfy couch and insanely comfy bed, huge bathtub with a lovely view, great little kitchen if you want to cook at home, fantastic little deck, walkable to ferry, market and Beach Store Cafe annnnd dog friendly!! We’d love to come back.

A perfect place to stay! We loved the coziness and the views, and it was ideal for lazy mornings and recuperating after hiking. Also great that it was so close to the ferry. It was our first visit to Lummi and we'll definitely be back. Communication was terrific!

This cottage gives you a real cottage experience with beautiful views from the back porch. Watching the ferry go back and forth and listening to the seagulls as you enjoy the backdrop of snow covered Mt Baker. Very relaxing few days.

Peaceful retreat

A cozy, charming cottage with all the comforts of home. We especially loved the generous deck with its morning sun and gorgeous views of the water. The perfect spot for a peaceful getaway. We’ll be back!

Peaceful, quiet, tranquil, charming and great view! Would definitely stay again. A few light bulbs need to be replaced and some dusting needs to be done, but I’m a little ocd when it comes to cleaning!

Absolutely amazing location to relax, watch the ferries and other marine traffic, and observe the wildlife. Many sightings of eagles including one that crossed right by the D.R. window!

Always a wonderful retreat

Our family stays here every year on or near Easter weekend. It’s our harbinger of spring arriving to the PNW! Angie is an excellent and responsive host. The cottage continues to be a cozy and welcoming gem.

Very Nice Stay

My wife and I had a wonderful stay. The view is fantastic. I could sit and look out the window all day long, as the scenery is always changing. Mt. Baker and the Sisters came out beautifully on our last day. The sunrise is spectacular, and it is somehow comforting (I don't know why) to see the reliable Whatcom Chief crossing back and forth. The only slight snag was when the fireplace pilot went out due to a very windy few hours. I texted the host and she got back to me immediately with instructions for lighting the pilot, and it was up and running right away. She even dashed over with an extra space heater. The house is absolutely charming, it has everything you need, and we would definitely stay there again.

Magical cottage for an intimate getaway

This was our second stay at this historic property, the former library on secluded Lummi Island. When its clear you'll look out the picture window in the living room and see a perfectly framed view of Mt Baker in the distance. When it's cloudy you'll still enjoy inspiring views of the water (Hale Passage), the birds, the trees on the Lummi Reservation, and the little ferry that chugs back and forth daily, serving the island. With only one small grocery store, you'll want to plan ahead for your meals. The fabulous Beach Cafe offers epicurean delights (really!) but is only open Friday and Saturday afternoon/evening.

The beach house was perfect for a wonderful sisters time together, needing self-care and a place to rest. The house was equipped, clean with excellent view. We enjoyed the back deck and the gorgeous living room window with perfect picture views of Mount Baker. and Salish sea. The ferry ride over was quick and easy as well as coming back.

Cozy cabin by the sea

I wanted to go back to the place I spent many summers with my grandparents when I was young. It was relaxing and the laid back vibe was just what we needed. In some ways it had changed but not so much in others. Getting to see all the familiar places I remember, the church, the school where we went to salmon bakes and the beach where our family played. The ferry was always one of my favorite things. So cool that we could see it come and go from the cabin with Mt Baker in the background. We met a very interesting lady while there. She has been a photographer and makes beautiful knit wear. Will need to come back again soon.
