Tucked away in the soul-soothing surroundings of Nelson Bay, 'Bay Parklands' is an enchanting apartment strategically located and spoilt for position, with only a short 220m level walkway to the calm waters edge of Little Beach, or a 600m walk to Shoal Bay Beach.
Wake up to filtered water views enjoying a morning coffee on the balcony or enjoy a refreshing dip in the communal outdoor pool. Enjoy a game of tennis or table tennis if you are feeling active or relax and unwind in the indoor spa. Try your hands at the BBQ grill on the patio or opt for a cozy dine-in experience utilising the fully equipped kitchen complete with an oven, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. The unit also provides an internal washing machine and dryer, 1 secure parking space plus a further outdoor allocated space, smoke detectors, split system air-conditioner in dining/lounge area and ceiling fans in bedrooms.
Located on the first floor with 13 steps to the apartment, this relaxing holiday rental can comfortably accommodate up to six guests in its three fully furnished bedrooms with ceiling fans, spilt air conditioning in the lounge/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen and laundry.
Water enthusiasts can engage in an array of water sports with the marine reserve around the corner for snorkelling, swimming or paddle boarding, utilise the Little Beach boat ramp to launch your water vessel, or explore the area's native wildlife. Little Beach hosts a lovely grassed picnic area including a playground, walking paths and brand new public amenities including BBQ facilities and shaded picnic benches right on the beach foreshore.
The popular restaurant Little Beach Boathouse is also along the foreshore to enjoy dinner or drinks over the water where dolphins are frequent in the afternoon. Or end your day curled up with a good book or a favourite show on the TV and retire into the comfort of the peaceful bedrooms designed for a restful slumber.

The charging of any electric vehicles, electric bicycle, electric scooter, electric skateboard, segway or other like devices (Electric Personal Mobility Devices) or the battery for an Electric Personal Mobility Device is Prohibited in this property.
To ensure the comfort of our guests and neighbours, we do not accept bookings for 'Schoolies' breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow parties of any sort.
Kindly note a deposit of 50% AUD of total amount will be charged at time of confirmation. An option of direct deposit and credit card is offered.
A 400 Security Deposit (Pre authorisation) is to be held. The bond will be processed prior to arrival. We only accept Mastercard or Visa.
You can check in anytime between the hours of 3PM and 5PM on Weekdays. On weekdays after-hours, weekends and public holidays there is an afterhours check-in service. If you require this service, please inform one of the members at LJ Hooker Nelson Bay prior to your day of arrival.
Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed on our website which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email. This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence.

The guests limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property Immediately with no refund of monies including security deposit. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8.00 AM.
