The 2-bedroom condos at The Charter offer a master bedroom with a queen or king size bed and a master bathroom . The second bedroom features a king, queen or two twin-size beds along with a second bathroom . A queen-size sofa bed in the living room provides space for up to 6 guests per unit. Each condo features an electronic door lock, a cozy wood-burning fireplace and a private balcony or patio. Additional in-unit amenities include a washer and dryer, TV/DVD player, cable, complimentary high-speed internet access, and a phone with voicemail and dataport. The fully equipped kitchen comes with major appliances such as a refrigerator, oven and dishwasher, as well as a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and more. Wall safe, humidifier, iron, ironing board, hairdryer and plush terry bathrobes in adult and children sizes are available for use during your stay.

Parking Notes: The Charter offers one (1) parking space per unit. Additional cars may be permitted depending on availability. If you plan on arriving with two vehicles, please call the front desk at 970-949-6660 in advance of your arrival to arrange. Parking is located in an underground lot (not heated).

Alles war einwandfrei, angefangen von der Buchung, Fragen wurden auch vor der Ankunft innerhalb eines Tages beantwortet und mit der Ankunft waren die Gastgeber auch immer erreichbar. Die Location ist perfekt direkt an der Skischule und tollen Wanderwegen. 2 Straßen entfernt ist ein kleiner Supermarkt mit leckeren Brötchen, Obst, Gemüse und vielem anderen. Die Wohnungen sind richtig toll, sauber, warm, geschmackvolle eingerichtet und haben alles was man braucht. Keine Verbesserungswünsche, alles super.

Die Buchung lief reibungslos im Vorfeld, alle Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet, sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit allem, was wir als siebenköpfige Gruppe (5 Erw. / 2 Kinder) brauchten. Alles sauber, gepflegt und schön eingerichtet,. Die Lage ist genial, direkt unterhalb des Liftes, der uns in ein sehr schönes Wandergebiet brachte, in Laufdistanz zwei sehr gute Restaurants. Super Urlaubsziel!

Hallo, wir waren im Sommer diesen Jahres zu Gast in Ofterschwang. Und waren absolut begeistert von Wohnung, Umgebung und auch dem Service der Vermieter vor Ort. Die Vermieter standen immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und es traten keine Probleme auf. Die Umgebung bietet für jeden was auch für junge Menschen wie uns die zum einen Teil etwas erleben wollten, aber auch einfach nur entspannen wollten. So blieb kein Wunsch offen. Das Haus an sich war ein Traum! wir waren zu 6. und haben beide Wohnungen bezogen. Jeder hatte seine Privatsphäre allerdings konnte man auch auf der Terasse, oder im Lounge Bereich, oder im Wohnzimmer zusammen sitzen. Kurz um ein wundervoller Urlaub den wir hier verleben durften und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Kann man nur empfehlen!

Sehr schöne Wohnung nah an Lift & Skischule

Wir waren zum 3. Mal zu Gast in dieser Unterkunft und kommen gern wieder. Wir hatten jeweils beide Wohnungen in unterschiedlichen Konstellationen angemietet. Die Wohnungen sind großzügig. Sie sind modern, freundlich und schön eingerichtet, komfortabel ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Die Aufteilung in eine große und eine kleine Wohnung, die zwar getrennt voneinander genutzt werden können, aber trotzdem baulich zusammenhängen, lässt eine flexible Nutzung zu und hat uns jeweils eine gute Balance zwischen Privatsphäre und Gemeinsamkeit ermöglicht. Es gibt gute Einstellmöglichkeiten für Skiausrüstung und Schlitten. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Da wir mit kleinen Kindern unterwegs waren, war es für uns besonders angenehm, dass Skischule / Lift / Hütte jeweils nur ca. 5 Gehminuten von der Unterkunft entfernt sind und wir mittags spontan entscheiden konnten, in der Hütte einzukehren oder in der Pause doch eben zur Unterkunft zurückzukehren (trockene Wäsche...). Und als I-Tüpfelchen gibt's den Brötchenservice...

Top Unterkunft mit Top-Lage

Beide Ferienwohnungen im EG und OG sind absolut spitzenmäßig und lassen eigentlich keine Wünsche offen. Beide Wohnungen sind sehr gut eingerichtet und die Betten ein Traum. Unschlagbar die Nähe zum Lift und der Brötchenservice. Waren jetzt 2012/2013 dort 2014 ist bereits gebucht.

Schöne Ferienwohnung, besonders für Familien

Wir hatten uns spontan entschieden und waren angenehm überrascht. Da stimmt einfach alles; und nicht zu vergessen die wunderschöne Umgebung. Und wer den Berg hinauf nicht laufen mag oder kann - kein Problem: der Lift ist gleich nebenan. Nächstes Jahr oder früher sind wir wieder da.
