Tucked away on Vancouver Island in the community of Port Renfrew, this home makes the perfect base-camp for exploring nature in total luxury. Enjoy panoramic views of the Pacific ocean and gorgeous forests from every window in this home, while enjoying every modern convenience. Hike Port Renfrew's iconic trails, surf, fish, or beach-comb, then come back and relax in privacy and comfort.

Up the front stairs, step inside and discover an a bright, airy, open-concept living space with vaulted ceilings and huge windows. The spacious layout features two beautifully appointed bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and closet, the other with a queen-size bed and integrated storage. A charming loft area, complete with bean bag chairs, offers a perfect nook for youngsters to play games or dive into their favorite books. This bathroom features a large glass shower and in-unit laundry.

Further on, find the fully equipped, new kitchen with ample counter space. Gather around the dining table that comfortably seats four or unwind in the inviting living area featuring a chaise couch and chair, ideal for watching TV or socializing. Light a fire in the The three-panel opening doors lead you to an expansive patio, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living.

Your private deck awaits just a short walk down the driveway, overlooking the sparkling ocean. Complete with everything you need for a magical picnic—including a BBQ—this is the perfect spot to immerse yourself in nature. Breathe in the fresh air, watch local wildlife, and soak in stunning views of the mountains and ocean. Keep an eye out for orcas or humpback whales passing by. While this home does not have private beach access, French Beach is about five minute's walk away.

Beautiful, modern, and very clean property with truly stunning ocean views. The home itself was peaceful and well laid out, and we really enjoyed the setting. The only challenges we experienced were that the tap water appeared brown during our stay, and the driveway was quite tight and difficult to navigate with a larger vehicle. Overall, a great place with a few practical considerations to be aware of.

Beautiful home, very clean and contained everything we needed. Views are amazing and it was just a great place to unwind and relax. The owners do note that the stairs to the home are steep as well as the driveway. So carrying luggage up and down, walking up and down can be hard on some. We didn’t have any issues with the height. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at Cliffside Hideaway! It felt like a private retreat being tucked away in nature and so close to the water. Stunning ocean views from both decks and forest views from the windows. Located close to French Beach (perfect for sunset) and nearby hiking trails along the coast. The house is beautifully designed and has top of the line appliances and features, with everything you need in the kitchen to cook. We loved the wooden vaulted ceilings and skylights, and the heated flooring! Note that there are many stairs to get into the house and it is located on the top of a hill if you are someone who experiences mobility challenges. We highly recommend staying here and cannot wait to come back!
