This property was exactly what we needed. It is exceptionally clean, well appointed, and very easy to find.We stayed in the month of July, which was very warm, but the air conditioning was amazing. Please note that guests do not control the temperature of the property.

Very spacious 2 bedroom with lots of amenities. Furniture was comfortable, the whole unit was clean and tidy. My only negative thing I could say is that the space was quite cold b/c it shares a heating/cooling system with the main upstairs part of the house.

The location of this rental is outstanding. It felt very safe. The host was very communicative. The rental was super clean and well-appointed. The price was pretty reasonable. The only negative would be that the foot traffic noise from the residents above was quite loud. I think the house just had minimal insulation, and the residents were walking around in the middle of the night, both nights. However, I would definitely stay again.
