Please note: We do not accept bookings of less than one week during the summer holidays (in July and August). Short stays of 3 or 4 nights are only possible for long weekends outside the summer holidays. Thank you for your understanding.

A nice and clean house of 150m2 on an enclosed plot of 2500m2, located 100m from the beach of Boutrouilles and very close to Pagan Surf School, which can accommodate 10 people maximum.

However, the house has a capacity of 14 people. Contact us in private message before booking the house, if you are a group of more than 10 people.

There are 4 bedrooms in all:
The first bedroom has 1 double bed of 160x200 cm, 1 single bed of 90x190 cm and 1 baby bed of 60x120 cm.

The second bedroom has a double bed of 140x190 cm and 1 single bed of 90x190 cm.

The third bedroom has a double bed of 160x200 cm and 1 single bed of 90x190 cm.

The last bedroom has a bunk bed with 2 beds of 90x190 cm and a single bed of 90x190 cm.

There is also a sofa that converts into a double bed of 140x190 cm in the living room.

All the mattresses in the house are new! They were purchased in December 2023.

All the rooms have just been renovated, in December 2023.

The house has 2 bathrooms with bathtub and 3 separate toilets.
The bathroom on the lower floor has a bath, sink, bidet and 2 toilets separate from the bathroom.

The bathroom on the upper floor is new. It was installed in the house in December 2023. It has a bathtub, a shower cubicle, a sink and a toilet integrated into the bathroom.

An equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, 2 refrigerators, kettle, nespresso coffee maker, toaster and dishwasher in the garage).

A beautiful veranda of about 38m2 where it is very pleasant to meet with family or friends.

A large garden with a fixed outdoor barbecue and a terrace with a fixed outdoor table, 6 garden chairs and a parasol.

There are about 3 private parking spaces on an enclosed plot.

A garage with a washing machine, dryer, freezer and dishwasher.

A smoke detector, a carbon monoxide detector and a first aid kit.

Included in the price:
Final cleaning, electricity, tourist tax.
Important: cleaning the kitchen and washing dishes at your own expense are, however, mandatory before your departure.

Bed sheets, bath towels and beach towels are provided.

Smoking is strictly forbidden in the house. The house is equipped with a smoke detector.
Please note: a damage fee will be charged at 200 euros if we detect signs of cigarette or e-cigarette use inside the house.

Our pet friends are not allowed.

The house is also equipped to accommodate a baby. A cot, a changing mat, a baby bath and a high chair are at your disposal.

An electronic dartboard, a ping pong table, a large badminton net and a large football goal for wild games.

One of the most beautiful beaches in Finistère is in the immediate vicinity of the house. You can walk along the beach on the hiking trail, to treat yourself to a good walk and a breathtaking view.
