Our coastal styled beach house is available to guests for Christmas from 20 -26th December 2024 and we are only accepting bookings for minimum 6 night stay

Our home has 3 bedrooms -can sleep 6- 8 people.

Welcome to The Beach House Te Puna, a stunning waterfront retreat offering a slice of coastal luxury for your holiday escape. Located just 10 minutes from Tauranga CBD and 20 minutes from Mount Maunganui, it’s the perfect blend of privacy, relaxation, and convenience.

Available from 20th - 26th December 2024, our spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom beach house can accommodate up to 8 people, but only up to 6 ADULTS MAXIMUM(Additional sleeping arrangements for children can be arranged.)

Groups of people under the age of 25 years of age not permitted to stay sorry.

As its Xmas- Strictly no parties or groups. This time of year is suitable for families only.

Designed to maximize indoor-outdoor living, the house boasts breathtaking panoramic views of the harbour.

The Space
The Beach House is set atop a picturesque peninsula, offering complete privacy and spectacular water views. Featured in the Bay of Plenty Garden & Arts Festival and showcased as Tauranga’s Christmas House, this home is a true standout.

Enjoy the beautifully landscaped grounds and spacious, open-plan living areas, which flow seamlessly onto a large deck. Relax in the hot spa overlooking the water, fire up the BBQ for a casual outdoor dinner, or step down to your own private beach for a swim or to launch a kayak. Two kayaks are available for guests (use at your own risk).

Inside, the fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for holiday meals, from an espresso machine to an air fryer. The dining area seats 8, and the lounge opens out to the deck, perfect for entertaining or simply taking in the serene harbour views.

There are two bedrooms downstairs (one with its own master ensuite) and there is a third bedroom upstairs. Queen/King beds in all bedrooms. We offer flexibility, with the option to add stretcher beds for additional guests. There are 2 bathrooms and 4 toilets in total.

Parking is available in a covered carport, with ample space for boats or extra vehicles.

Please note, some storage areas and one bedroom wardrobe will be locked.

Guests will have access to our Beach home for the Xmas Period .

Guest can arrive from 12noon on Friday 20th December and must depart by Thursday 26th December 5pm

Our beach house was showcased as the Tauranga Christmas House during the Bay of Plenty Garden & Arts Festival, where over 6,000 people visited!

We are excited to offer the option of theming the living areas of our home with beautiful Christmas decorations, just as we did for the festival.
If you want the true Christmas experience, this can be arranged for an additional cost of $500.
Please note that it takes up to 5 days to complete the decorations.

If you'd prefer a more subtle touch, we can provide a Christmas tree and table decorations at no extra cost, especially if you're planning to enjoy a Christmas meal at the house.
