The house is located in a great location. Close to the beach (has a walk way linking to Marine Parade for easy access) and not too far from the cafes etc. House is large with plenty of space to spread out for kids and adults. The house was clean and tidy and equipped with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Communication with Kylie was easy and she was accommodating with a early check in. Would happily recommend this place and would stay again if I was in Mt Mauganui.

We loved the proximity to the beach and town. Plenty of space for everyone to relax on their own or enjoy spending time together. Beautiful and clean, with everything you need for a beach stay!

Lovely property, spacious with good facilities in great location. Good communication and owners very accommodating for a couple of changes I had to make last minute. Would stay here again.

It was the perfect house for a weekend away. We all wanted to stay longer. The hosts were lovely and welcoming. They ensured we knew exactly what to expect checking in and out. The house was super clean. Hopefully we stay again soon.

Fun Getaway

We were thrilled with this house. What stood out most was how clean it was, everything down to rubbish was explained so well. Having our accommadation so close to town was also a huge plus. Definately recommend this property for a holiday.

Great family holiday

An amazing place to stay. The location is spot on with easy access to the beach.The house had everything we needed and well laid out for a family of 3 couples and 3 children. Propery manger and communication was very friendly, professional and easy. We will definitely be back.

Happy staying at 3 Tay street.

House was so good and comfortable equipped with everything you need, even more than your expectation in terms of tools, spare parts, bulbs etc ... Highly recommended especially the reasonable price comparing with others in same area.

Family Weekend at the Mount

The house was located in a super location, walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach & playground. The layout of the house suited our group of 7 adults and 2 children. Kitchen cupboards well stocked, modern furnishings and a lovely view of the ocean.

A perfect Christmas

Our stay could not have been better. The home is the best equipped I have ever stayed in and everything up to standard. From arrival with a decorated tree all ready up and bottle of bubbles to greet us. The view from the balcony, the access to the beach and the easy communication with Karen. When we come back we will def be farting back touch. Thank you for making Christmas so special for our family.

Spectacular on the "Mount

Lovely property in a superb location at the Mount, Tauranga. Superb comm's from and with the property manager who was easy to deal with. All visitors were really happy (a win!!!)
