After fabulous communication, we arrived to a welcoming gift of a bottle of wine, chocs and biscuits plus a lovely handwriiten note. The place was very homely, clean and well resourced. We could walk to the beach and also to a great coffee shop. We would definitely stay there again and recommend others to definitely consider this place.

Fabulous property

A great property. The attention to detail was awesome with everything you could need provided at the house. They have thought of everything.Location was good - walking access to the quieter end of the beach and a short drive to the busier main beach.

Perfect holiday home

We were a group of five mature siblings who found this home to be perfect for our needs. The living area was great for getting together while the size of the house allowed us to have our own space. The location was such that we didn’t have far to go to the places and people we wanted to see. The house was clean, well equipped and the agent was very friendly and helpful.

Fab location

Great place for a group. we had two families stay here and it was well suited for us. All the kids slept downstairs and had a place they could hang out. The kitchen was well equipped and the lounge area was great for us all. THe house is well appointed and a short 50m walk from the beach. An awesome holiday

The Mount Delivers

The Family Tides accommodation stood up the advert. Centrally located and offered all we could have wanted and more. Karen was a fabulous host and would deal with again! From all the guys that stayed, a Huge Thank You - Family Tides we will be back.

Mount Maunganui

This property served us very well. We were 3 couples and found the accommodations both spacious and comfortable over the 2 weeks of our stay. While the property doesn't have a beach view, the beach was only a few minutes walk away. The beach itself is absolutely wonderful and provided us with our daily walks of 2-3 hours. There are both good restaurants and shopping for basics in the area.

Lovely home away from home

We are a family of 5 adults. We all had lots of space and the location was good - close to the beach. It is about an hour to walk to the main shopping centre in the Mount. Very comfortable beds. If you use the house as 3 bedrooms then there is a second lounge downstairs. Three bathrooms were great. And double garage. Definitely recommend. Would stay again.
