Secure rear yard with grass area. Outdoor setting and hooded BBQ under rear pergola. Front load washing machine. Fish cleaning facilities. Just Beachy

Place was neat and tidy, nice yard, BBQ was covered with white mould so couldn’t use it without a really good clean, back sliding door rollers are shot so opening door was a bit awkward with one hand full. Over all a nice place but for the price a little bit more attention to detail required.
