Ideally located at the corner of Little Lonsdale and Spencer St. and only down the road from Southern Cross Station & Flagstaff Gardens, this modern furnished 10th floor one bedroom apartment in the renowned 'Mondriane' complex offers superb inner city living.
Stroll to the Flagstaff Gardens, train station and supermarket, DFO shopping, renowned Queen Victoria Market, Etihad Stadium, Docklands precinct, Melbourne Central cinemas, large retailers, cafes, and with tram services at your doorstep.
The Space:
Conveniently located right next to Southern Cross transport hub and a short walk to Marvel Stadium, Coles Supermarket and an array of sought-after retail shops, cafes and restaurants. This generously proportioned apartment will ideally suit those looking for the perfect home base for their CBD visit.
Apartment comprises:
. Oversized bedroom with built in robe + queen bed
. Large entertainers' kitchen and loads of storage
. Full-length balcony facing Spencer Street with amazing City views
. Newly renovated with brand new carpet and bright living area
Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to the apartment for the duration of their stay.
Other Things to Note:
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
'The Mondriane' building management at 280 Spencer St. requires all short stay guests to provide a photo ID prior to arriving (excluding children).
This is for clearance into the building with the front desk.
We will be asking for an electronic copy of the IDs via message of all adult guests when the booking is confirmed so we can forward to their reception in order to get full building clearance during your stay.
** PLEASE NOTE: if guests get locked out of the apartment, we may be able to help with spare key but we will have to charge a service fee for the time and delivery (pending availability and distance). After 8 pm and on the weekend, rates may go up. If we are not able to help, it will be the guest’s responsibility to call a locksmith at their own cost. **
