The property is only 5 minutes from the beach, two shopping centres and train station. Ideally located being 15 minutes from McLaren Vale. It is an ideal location for exploring the Fleurieu Peninsula, Southern Beaches & Wine Regions.

Newly renovated in 2024 the property boasts all new furnishings & appliances with a modern coordinated sleek look.

Property was newly renovated and in excellent condition. Good space, close to everything you need and the hosts were fantastic. The breakfast supplied was great and everyone really enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend.

We are local to South Australia based on the Fluerieu Peninsula and own a business in Adelaide. We became hosts because as a family of four we know how difficult it can be to find appropriate accommodation that also provides breakfast daily.

Seaford Meadows while well established is quiet and a short distance from the beach and centrally located between Adelaide, Southern Wine Region and Fleurieu Peninsula. Great local eateries from Rubrents Cafe to Winters Burgers to Pizza Club all nearby. Seaford, Port Noarlunga South and Moana Beaches are within 5-10 minutes of Orange Meadows. McLaren Vale is just 15 minutes away where you will find the home of Menz Fruchocs. Red Cacao and Haighs both boasting best chocolate in South Australia are within 45 minutes. Adelaide CBD is 45 minutes by car. Train station is within 5 minute walk.

Recently renovated in 2024 it boasts a modern coordinating style that is pleasing to any eye. We offer breakfast for all guests daily including a range of cereals, bacon and eggs, bread, milk, juice and fresh fruit. Guests on arrival will find a welcome gift of locally sourced products.
