Lake House 3BRM Currimundi Lake Retreat

Summary:

This tudor style home is located directly across from Cuurimundi Lake and offers old world charm with modern conveniences.



The Space:

The house is very spacious and will accommodate up to 9 people in three bedrooms. In the main bedroom there is a Queen + single bed, in the second bedroom 1 x Queen, & 3 x singles beds and in the third downstairs bedroom 2 x single beds.



The property is Ideally located next to the Lake, which is a great spot for a fish, swimming or Kayaking. Currimundi beach is an approximate 15 minute walk along the peaceful coastal pathway, or only a 3 minute drive.



The house offers comfortable furnshings throughout and includes a TV, DVD, dishwasher, ceiling fans and good quality heaters (one in each of the upstairs bedrooms, and one in the living room replacing the fireplace). There is a lock up garage suitable for one vehicle, but there is also room for another car in the driveway.



Bring your kayak, boat and fishing lines for a truly wonderful lakeside holiday.

- Please do note that the fireplace does not work.

- Whilst this is a holiday house it is in a residential area and respect for neighbours must be observed. Parties will not be tolerated.

Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.



Linen

Bookings newly created after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee

Parking

There is a lock up garage suitable for one vehicle, but there is also room for another car in the driveway.
