Located just off Hensman Road via a little alley. The house is in a quiet area within walking distance of the very popular Queenstown Lookout . The house is located between approximately 5 minutes drive to the centre of Queenstown (depending on traffic)
Access is via front door using supplied door pin code for our digital lock. Once the home is accessed you will be able to open the garage. Please note the home has stairs between 3 levels.
Space
The home consists of 3 levels and is at the end of a quiet slip street off Hensman Road. Street level - 2 car lock up garage. Ski rack and boot warmers (you will love them in the winter) 2nd level - full kitchen, dining, living and lounge areas. Master bedroom with ensuite. Laundry with washing machine and dryer. Bottom level - Bedroom with king size bed. Bedroom with 2 king single beds.
The home was recently renovated upgrading all aspects of the home including kitchen, bathroom, flooring, blinds, beds and furniture lifting the home to an all new level of luxury.
Our new gourmet kitchen is state of the art complete with modern appliances. It is the perfect place to show off your master chef skills to your friends and family. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a rice cooker and pressure cooker and of course we have the all essential coffee machine.
The house has been designed to show off the amazing views so no matter whether you are in the kitchen, lounge or one of the bedrooms you will enjoy a spectacular view.
There is underfloor heating throughout the house, a gas fire and reverse cycle air conditioners for heating in winter and cooling in summer.
Transit
Although it is not essential as there are taxi's that service this area we do recommend having a vehicle so you can get out and about to explore the area. We are located approximately 5.6km from Queenstown Airport (10 minutes drive) 17.5km to Coronet Peak Ski Field (25 minutes drive to the top) 21.7km to The Remarkables Ski Field (37 minutes drive to the top) 2.0km to The Mall (Ballarat St) (5 minutes) Note: all times driving times given are approximate and subject to traffic and road works.
Notes
Please note that the house does have a lot of stairs so not suitable for those with mobility issues. Although we welcome families you will need to watch your little ones on the stairs as we do not have stair gates. The external areas of the home are located on a steep hill position and are not suitable for young children to play there. You must supervise your children while at the house. A cot and highchair can be hired from The Butler - please enquire. This is not a party house. Outdoor areas not to be used after 10pm or before 7am per council requirements. Please note that there will be construction on the sections behind the house starting in February 2026 for approx 18 months. Please take that into consideration when booking the house.

Must be 25+ to book. Person booking must stay. House must be left tidy with dishes done.
No Parties, smoking or vaping at the property. No use of outdoor area between 10pm and 7am
Children must be supervised. Rubbish to be put in correct bins and put out for collection on designated day. No drones.
