TAHITI - OROVINI COTTAGE
Ideally located in the heart of Papeete, in a secure residence with swimming pool, this comfortable, practical and close to everything apartment will seduce you. Perfect for a family visiting Tahiti, a group of friends or professionals on a mission. This accommodation has a large capacity that can accommodate up to 6 adults comfortably.

Orovini cottage is spacious and bright. The main room is divided into 2 distinct spaces:
- A kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, sit at the table and enjoy yourself.
- A living room with wifi Internet, a Smart TV and a king size sofa bed for the 5th and 6th adult beds.

The master bedroom with a California King size bed is air conditioned, with plenty of storage space (closet), a Smart TV and a desk area.
The guest room with a King size bed is equipped with air conditioning, a fan and a reading corner for relaxation.
The bathroom has a double sink, a shower and a toilet with hairdryer available
You will appreciate the tranquility of the place, the proximity to the city center, the Vaima shopping center, the Market and the restaurants.

TO KNOW:
The swimming pool is located high up and offers an unobstructed view to the sea.
Parking is free and free, you can park easily alongside the Residence building.
Access to the building is via a secure door with a digital code.
Internet is available in wifi, free and unlimited.

Perfect location

Wonderful appartement in central Papeete. Could easily walk to all city locations. Parking and WiFi very appreciated. Laurine and her team kept us readily informed and made the arrival process very easy. Clean and comfortable place to stay with amenities. Would have appreciated some updated kitchen utensils, but we made it work. Kitchen cabinets are somewhat “used”, but had no affect on our stay there. VRBO site lists as one bath AND one W-C. Very confusing as there is only one bathroom with only one W-C. This was no problem for us as we were only 2 guests. Manual located in the apartment listed everything necessary, however, we did have a power outage during a storm. We did not know how to restore the electricity. The next morning, I asked a kind neighbor about it and he showed me where the breaker boxes were located (1 flight up) so we could reactivate the electricity. Perhaps this could be included in the manual. Overall this is a prime location if anyone wishes to stay in Papeete. I would highly recommend StayInn vacations and Laurine if you are looking for a place to stay in this paradise.

L'emplacement de ce logement est idéal. J'ai hésité à louer une voiture tout en considérant que je connais bien Tahiti et que je n'avais pas l'intention de faire de grandes balades. Fonction de cela, la situation de l'appartement est idéale, très proche du centre de Papeete, des restaurants et des commerces. • J'ai très peu utilisé l'air conditionne qui se trouve dans les chambres alors que le ventilateur de la salle de séjour suffit à peine pour maintenir une température agréable dans la journée. • J'ai bien cherché mais n'ai pas trouvé le guide d'utilisation du coffre que j'aurais bien voulu utilise. Néanmoins la résidence semble être sure. • Tout en étant un amoureux de la nature le chant des coqs en liberté près de la résidence sont légèrement perturbateur.

Appartement ideal pour un séjour sur Papeete

Bel appartement, spacieux, propre et bien équipé idéalement situé à quelques centaines de mètres des commerces du centre- ville. La résidence est très calme, propre avec en prime une belle piscine, et possibilité de garer une voiture. A recommander pour tout séjour sur Papeete!

Beware of early and late check-in/out fees

We originally booked this location for 4 nights, but after a flight cancellation, our trip was shortened to 3 nights. The property management company was great with communication. They accommodated the reduction in our stay without issue/penalty. The agent who checked us in/out was also nice and helpful. The only complaint we have relates to check-in/out fees. if you do not check-in/out between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm you are charged an additional $50.00 USD (and they do not provide any dropbox for the keys). Our flight arrived after 5:00 pm, requiring us to pay an approx. $50 USD fee. We also left at 6:30 am; requiring a second $50 USD fee. So, if you are booking this location, be sure to either check-in/out during their business hours or get ready to pay some additional fees. Don't bother asking for a waiver of these fees - none will be given.
