• NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered. 
• BBQ needs to be cleaned properly else there will be an additional $50 charge for cleaning because our cleaners will charge that extra money.
• we do not charge a separate cleaning fee, so we are expecting guests to be respectful of the property and keep it clean.
