Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m truly sorry to hear that your stay did not feel as comfortable as it should have been. The house is heated adequately, though I do understand that with a very late-night arrival it can take a little while for the space to feel cosy. All doonas are fitted with freshly laundered covers for each stay, and extra blankets are provided on every bed. All beds are made with bottom and top sheets, as well as freshly covered doonas. I’ll also make sure to follow up on your comment about the cupboard so future guests aren’t affected. Just to clarify, the $1,000 security deposit is a standard refundable bond as per the rental terms and is not tied to the entry code, which is always provided as part of the normal check-in process. Refunds are actioned promptly from our end, and I have already provided you with evidence showing that any delay in the funds reaching your account is due to processing times by the payment platform or bank, which is unfortunately outside my control. I do appreciate your comments, and I’ll continue working to make sure every guest has a warm and welcoming experience.
