Country in the City is an open concept home which is perfect for family gatherings, couple getaways, girlfriends weekends and corporate housing groups, which require plenty of space inside and outside of the home. This fully renovated property features 3 large bedrooms plus a sofa bed and 2 full bathrooms.
The main level features a fully renovated 4 piece bathroom, laundry room, modern kitchen, large foyer/dining area, and a spacious living room. The upper level features a renovated 4 piece bathroom with a bathtub and shower plus 3 large bedrooms.
CORPORATE HOUSING
The rental is perfect for corporate housing which often needs additional parking for equipment and extra large vehicles.
THE YARD
Enjoy a large rear deck which overlooks a spacious rear yard bordered by a small creek, trees, and wetlands. A perfect space for family pets to roam and have fun. In the summer, guests can enjoy the space with bache ball, volleyball, and badminton courts.

Host: John Pinter
I am former hotelier and have been involved in Niagara’s tourism and hospitality industry since I was ten years old. Having a history degree has led me to embrace Niagara’s colourful past and I can often be found conversing with guests on topics ranging from local geology to the wild wacky adventures of Niagara’s daredevils. I have traveled extensively in North America and Europe and can speak German, French, English, and Hungarian.
In between various stints in the local hospitality industry, I founded and still operate a software development firm which builds reservation and ticketing engines.
The other passion is the restoration of historical buildings.
I look forward to hosting you at one of our properties.

The property lies just outside the city subdivisions and Beechwood Gollf Course is just a few kilometres away from the house. This is one of the very few properties which has a huge amount of privacy for guests but is still within the city.

No other property in the City has a small creek and large tree line bordering the property where you will see a great variety of birds in all seasons. There are very few properties like this one where guests are offered proximity to a wide variety of amenities yet offer so much in terms of privacy. The property is perfect for groups which have extra large vehicles or a large amount of vehicles.
