- Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is recommended to access the property in the winter months
- Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras on the front corners of the home facing the driveway and property perimeter. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion
- Swimming is allowed; however, it is only recommended for individuals wearing the proper safety equipment. All swimmers should wear swimming vests and belts. Individuals and parties of guests can swim at their own risk, but each person needs to understand how to swim, as the water is over 25 feet deep. Swimming jackets and all safety gear must be worn by anyone entering the water. Additionally, anyone under the age of 18 needs to be supervised by a parent or guardian. We want everyone to enjoy themselves, but safety is our main concern. Please be aware of all types of fish and other animals in the water
