The best sunsets on Lake Jordan! This cabin has a beautiful charm. Located in Blackwell slough with good food very close by. Save time and money and relax and enjoy yourself on your time.There are also 2 kayaks with paddles and life jackets. Bring your boat or rent from someone local on lake Jordan those details coming soon. Enjoy this beautiful 2 large bedroom 3 full bathrooms. Covered front porch to enjoy the lake views. Late afternoon dinner on the pier is like no other because of the gorgeous sunsets. Relax outside at night with a camp fire or watching the moon dance on the water. In the middle of the slough is a sandbar 1’ of water or so boats love to gather and kids play and have a great time. Another great feature is that the lot is easily sloped so no stairs needed to the water, senior citizen and easly handicap assessable. ïżŒPrivate boat ramp located on the property. There is a piggy wiggly, dollar store, Sheila’s pizza, a great Mexican restaurant El Patron within 3 miles of the cabin. The neighbors all live there year round also very friendly. So much more to say but just try it for yourself and enjoy. Sure beats the expense of the beach and much safer waters.

We came into town to see family for Thanksgiving! The cabin was gorgeous! Super spacious for the 6 of us. Had extra blankets and towels! The view was gorgeous and my husband loved being able to walk right out to the dock to fish! The host was very responsive and answered me questions quickly!

We live local but wanted an easy get away. All this was made possible by the Host. The home is beautiful and cozy. Views are beautiful. We all enjoyed water boarding and kayaking on the lake. Definitely look forward to another stay here in the future.

Tranquil Retreat

We were in town to be vendors at a local event in Wetumpka and enjoyed being able to come back and enjoy the tranquil, gorgeous view of Lake Jordan. The house was very clean and had everything you could need to enjoy your stay. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely stay here again. Thank you, Angela for being such a gracious host.

Wonderful stay!!

This is quite possibly the most beautiful, cleanest, well-equipped, peaceful VRBO stay we have had!! This was a last minute booking to get away from the office and connect with my boys and husband. It was an easy drive 1/2 way from the boys' college and our home. We split the stay two nights with them and two nights alone. I only gave 4 stars for accuracy because 1) the upstairs bedroom no longer had bunkbeds meaning for teenagers/college guys it slept three, not four 2) we found 3 kayaks (5 in description) 3) neighbors were much closer than the pictures indicated. None of these details would have changed our booking. One kid slept on the couch, the guys went out in 2s on the kayaks, and I angled our chairs to see nature!! Clean maybe a understatement--maybe emaculate would be more accurate!! We are definitely saving this listing for future trips!!

Awesome stay

This is one of the best and prettiest properties that we have stayed at. It is well stocked and very clean and convenient to the grocery store and a couple of restaurants. Master bed was comfortable. You can fish right from the dock. Angela is a very gracious host. We had a short stay, but enjoyed it so much and will definitely be back.

Can’t wait to return!

We spent 4 days with friends at this beautiful lake house! The pictures and descriptions do not even come close to the beauty of everything. The lake is so peaceful! We wanted for nothing on this trip! So many hidden bonuses! We fished most of the weekend, grilled, sat around the fire and just totally escaped the real world. Downtown Wetumpka is such a hidden gem! There is so much to do here. We are already planning our next stay very soon and will bring our families! Thank you!

Great stay even with bad weather

We rented the property for a few days to see family in the area. Unfortunately it rained most of the time and we weren't properly able to utilize the lake and all the fun that goes towards that. That being said, the house was fantastic and so was the location. The homeowner was very helpful and things couldn't have been any better except for the weather. The house truly is beautiful and everyone said they slept good on their mattresses. I will definitely look for this property again when we visit family in the area.

What more could you ask for?

We came up for my sons bass tournament and some relaxation. I have stayed in houses on every lake in Alabama and this one is by far our favorite. Beautiful well furnished home sitting perfectly on the lake to catch sunsets from the dock. The property also has a ramp onsite which was super convenient! Will be back!

Relaxing, beautiful sunset on the lake

We had a peaceful stay, bring the boat visit the waterfall, we did boating, kayaking, fishing, cabin/villa was amazing, beds were comfortable, decor was amazing, fire ring for s’mores.
