Just a few minutes stroll from the golden sands of the estuary, and handy for the surf beach, golf course, cafes and shops, it is the perfect place in which to relax and recharge.
Surrounded by lush greenery and iconic pohutukawa trees, Araca Lodge offers privacy and tranquility. The open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge flows out onto a partially covered deck. Enjoy the fully-fenced back garden, perfect for kids and dogs to play safely, while you relax by the barbecue and catch the distant sounds of the ocean.
This stylish, family-friendly hideaway features:
Three bedrooms: A master bedroom with king bed, a double, and a kids room with a set of single bunk beds
Modern amenities: WiFi, Smart TV with Freeview and Netflix, a Nespresso machine, air fryer, ceiling fans and a heat pump for year-round comfort
Entertainment for all: Books, board games, and bushland at the back of the property for endless adventures plus we have kayaks available so you can explore the estuary in full. There is one double and one single kayak and each has a kayak trolley so you can walk them down to the estuary.

Notes:

This property allows one dog, if you have a second dog please check with us first. Due to the height of the fences it is most suited to small to medium dogs.
The bunks are suitable for children only.

LINEN OPTIONS: To keep your holiday more affordable, for this property we offer linen as an optional extra for guests who prefer to bring their own. If you choose to bring your own linen, you will need to supply top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels and bath mats. Pillows, Duvets and Duvet covers will be provided.
Alternatively, a rental linen package is available for $25 per person. To request this service, please add a note to your booking specifying the number of people requiring linen and which beds you would like prepared.
BOOKING PAYMENT: Although your credit card details are taken during the booking process, we won't automatically charge your credit card. Once your booking is approved we will send you a payment email with a choice of credit card payment (a 3% surcharge applies) or bank transfer (no charges).
