Sunsanibel Vår lägenhet med 2 sovrum - Sundial F401 har utsikt över stranden komplett med skjutbara glasdörrar som öppnar vardagsrummet i full bredd för att möjliggöra havbris och låter bränningen. Veckans lör till lör förutom under säsong, kan vi erbjuda kortare vistelser, men varje vecka är det bästa värdet. Vi erbjuder en stor skärmad wrap runt balkong med möbler. Vår lägenhet har varit professionell utformad med exklusivt kök och bad. Vår lägenhet sover 6 (king size-säng, tvillingar, drottning bäddsoffa), är fullt utrustad och inredda i tropiska färger. Eftersom detta är vårt eget fritidshus, tillhandahåller vi lite extra - tvättmaskin / torktumlare, takfläktar samt AC, 3 kabel-TV, DVD, höghastighets wifi, stereo, kikare, hårtork i badkar, strandstolar, badlakan , picknickkylare för stranden, strandleksaker, spel, böcker etc. Se även vår Sundial 1-sovrum B307, andra 2-sovrum Sundial B306 och Maui Kaanapali Villa, studio.

Detta Sundial condominium-paket erbjuder 1/2 mil oförstörd strand, 4 pooler, gratis trådlöst internet, BBQ gtills och shuffleboard.

Förväxla oss inte med det angränsande Sundial Resort. Våra lägenheter är uppdaterade, rena och vi erbjuder extra bekvämligheter som du inte skulle få på den angränsande Resort-fastigheten. Vi erbjuder uncrowded strand, användning av 4 uppvärmda lägenheter simbassänger, grill, gratis trådlöst internet och shuffleboard.

Angränsande Sundial Resort är en separat fastighet. Tiki bar, restauranger, pizzakök, Bailey's Marketplace, tennis, spatjänster och Sanibel Sea School är öppna för allmänheten. Alla andra bekvämligheter på anläggningen är begränsade.

Husband and Wife Long Weekend

The listing for the property, especially the video that accompanied it was very misleading. The video showed lushly landscaped grounds and a beautiful fully functioning pool area. In reality there was construction work going on in the building and multiple buildings, Noise, chain link fences in the parking lots, torn up grounds and the pool, while it looked fine wasn't open to the public. The unit itself was very nice and well appointed and furnished but the grounds and the construction noise was a huge turnoff.

Sanibel's Best!

This is a fabulous condo! We stayed two weeks and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The condo is exactly as described: great location, super views of the ocean wonderful beach for swimming and shelling, and great pool! Everything you need is right here. Property is well maintained. It will provide you with a great vacation.

A Slice of Paradise!

Making this reservation was an easy and pleasant experience. This beachfront condo is beautifully decorated with renovated kitchen and baths. It was very clean, and very well equipped. Everything we needed was here - washer, dryer, two coffee pots, all linens, beach towels and chairs. I would highly recommend this property. I love spending the days at the beach or shopping and going out to the wonderful restaurants in the evenings. I look forward to returning next year.

Beautiful location. Owner has done everything to make you comfortable. My only suggestion would be to have a few more spices in the kitchen. (hard to buy that stuff when you fly) Easy walk to the beach. (I would have given five stars, but they were painting the building while we were there and that was annoying, No fault of the owner.)

A view!! A view!!! Great view!!!

When we arrived it was everything we expected it to be. Loved the view from the living room and lanai!!!! It was wonderful to sit and enjoy the gulf from either one. This place was really comfortable. It's a home away from home. Loved the layout, the bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious, the kitchen had all we needed, and it was the perfect place to relax and rejuvenate. The decor was tropically, tastefully done. Besides the great view from this end unit, it was just a hop, skip, and a jump to the pool and beach. Shell picking super easy right out the front door. This condo complex was very quiet.....which was what we wanted. Communication with the owner was top notch. We highly recommend staying here.

Relaxing Beach Vacation

The condo is very accurately described. It is clean, beautifully decorated, has a breathtaking view of the ocean, is steps from the pool and just feels like home. The master bath and kitchen are newly renovated. I contacted Candy mid stay about a simple plumbing issue and the problem was resolved before we returned from our fishing trip that day. Cons: Wi-fi was unreliable at best and our family with three smart phones had to rely on our 4G service for much of our stay, almost pushing our data usage to it's max for the month. The key ring we were given at check in had two keys-we did not receive an explanation for the second key. My son got curious one evening and tried to unlock an outside storage room door, there we found beach chairs, coolers and umbrellas! (We had rented an umbrella and two beach chairs for $50 for the week two days earlier and had bought a beach cooler just that afternoon.) All and all we were extremely satisified with the condo and would indeed return again. The Island Cow was our favorite place to eat. I would save your time and bypass the Bubble Room. I wasn't impressed. Warning: Bring in your own salt/pepper/sugar/etc. Unlike other cabins and condos we have rented all over the United States, you will find absolutely no kitchen staples here. Not a deal breaker, but just something to keep in mind.

Family Vacation June 2022

We had a wonderful time in Sanibel. The condo was perfect. The view of the pool and ocean was amazing. We had plenty of room for our party of 5. Candy was very responsive to any of my inquiries. We loved that the condo included beach/pool towels and beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. We have found our new favorite place to stay on the island. This is the first time we have visited Sanibel in June. We found the heat to be bearable especially having the pool and ocean right outside your door. Much less traffic than during busy season. We were able to walk right in to most of our favorite restaurants: Traders, Thistle Lodge, Doc Fords, Sanibel Cafe and Mucky Duck.

I have owned at the Sundial since 1994. Our family first visited in 1990 and we were hooked. My son wanted to be up before dawn to search for shell 'treasures' on the beach. We have since owned 7 Sundial condos and a South Seas condo on Captiva. We currently own F401, B306, and B307 plus a condo in Maui.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We had sold our Captiva condo because of delays in restoring at South Seas following Hurricane Charley. We had made several offers, but then we heard about the F401 owner selling and made contact. This was the far best location, top floor, and wrap around balcony. This required a complete remodel as the condo had never been updated. Today it is luxurious and our most popular rental.
