Amazing direct ocean views from this luxurious 3 bedroom oceanfront condo in the desirable Gateway Grand.
Unit 912 features a gourmet kitchen, full dining and 3 bedrooms and three full baths. Primary ensuite offers a king bed, the second bedroom offers a queen bed and bedroom 3 has 2 single beds. Each bedroom has a TV and the living area features a queen sleep sofa to accommodate a family of 8.
The Gateway Grand has an indoor and outdoor pool, fitness room and even a play room for the children. Secure parking garage offers two parking spots
Guest supplies soaps and paper products. This owner provides sheets and towels to their guests and there is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.
The building is located mid-town OC on 48th street. Gateway Grand requires a seven day minimum rental and rents Saturday to Saturday all season. No pets, please. Non-Smoking building, except for designated areas. $151 non-refundable registration/parking fee due with reservation. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our properties including photos, descriptions, pricing and amenities shown above. Although they are deemed reliable, they cannot be guaranteed.
