The house has a unique layout with two entrances, three bedrooms on the first level and one bedroom on the top level. Each is equipped with a full kitchen. It is literally like renting two houses in one!

Harbor Island offers a range of fantastic amenities to enhance your stay, including a refreshing swimming pool, a fully equipped fitness center, and pickleball, tennis, and basketball courts for active guests. For those traveling with pets, there's also a convenient dog park within the community.

With the island being only 3 miles long, you'll love the ease of walking or biking anywhere on the island. Historic Downtown Beaufort is just 13 miles away where you will find shopping, art galleries and wonderful restaurants. Whether you’re lounging by the ocean, enjoying community amenities, or exploring the charming island, this vacation rental provides the ultimate coastal getaway experience.

The prices for these are listed below and will be requested as additional funds after you book. Access to the island is not possible without said vehicle gate pass. Max number for this property is 4.

*3.5 % Booking fee added to total. Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and subject to change. Rates: day pass $25; 2 nights $35; 3 nights $45; 4 nights $55; 5 nights $65; 6 nights $75; 7 nights $85;, 8-30 nights $140; 31-365 nights $215. Starter supplies (1-3 nights) provided of paper towels, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, toilet tissue, hand soap.

*Please note that golf cart rentals are NOT permitted for renters per the Harbor Island rules. Personal golf carts also can NOT be brought onto the island per the rules.

*Pet policy: 2 Dogs Max with pre-approval on 2nd Dog, $200 non-refundable pet fee per pet.

*Community pools are typically open from April 1 through October 31. Properties are continuously upgraded to provide our guests with an enjoyable vacation experience.
