Rolling Tide - Short Walk to the Beach
Rolling Tide is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom South Carolina beach house that sleeps 7 in the gated community of Harbor Island. This property provides access to a putting green, tennis, volleyball, pickleball, and basketball courts, 2 community pools, a playground, and a fitness room, all located at Harbor Island Racquet Club. Guests will love using the beach wagon to easily move gear across the boardwalk directly behind this home, reaching the beach in minutes.
As the rolling tide of the ocean washes up against the shores, arriving guests will be welcomed to the property by a beautiful, 2-story aqua façade with white accent railings and window frames. Easily pull into the 2 ground-level parking spots, one in the driveway, and one under the house, accompanied by a gas grill and seatingâideal for cooking up the day's fresh catch. Don't forget to use the outdoor shower to clean off sandy feet before entering the home after a day at the beach. A staircase leads to the front porch with comfortable seating to admire the stunning views. We also include a beach cart, 7 beach chairs, and 2 bicycles with the property.
Inside is a warm and inviting first-floor great room, perfect for entertaining. Host guests on a plush sofa or 2 matching armchairs to enjoy quality time together or turn on the 65â TV with surround sound and enjoy a movie night. Feel right at home in the adjacent dining area, surrounded by windows with beams of sunlight streaming onto the 6-seat dining table and nearby 3-stool breakfast bar. With a fully-equipped kitchen that includes ample counter space and Frigidaire appliances, it's easy to prepare a home-cooked meal.
Upstairs, guests can retire to the second-floor accommodations, featuring 3 bedroomsâ1 primary bedroom with access to a private balcony and seating, and 2 guest bedrooms. The guest bedroom located across from the master has a queen and a twin bed. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed. All with incredible ocean views!
Rolling Tide represents beautiful, laid-back Harbor Island living, with its proximity to local beaches and shared amenities within the community. Want more fun in the sun? Enjoy several other beach access points along Harbor Drive North and Harbor Drive South, as well as at Hunting Island State Parkâan annual pass is provided with the home. This beach house won't last long!
