For last-minute bookings, using the sofa bed may incur an additional linen delivery fee.

We had a great stay. The apartment was very clean, beds comfortable, fluffy pillows & doona, extra doonas if needed. Shower was hot & great pressure. Washing machine & dryer were great & detergent was available. Enough room for 5 of us for the week. Location excellent.

Well located unit with a nice view and handy to walk to everything in Melbourne CBD. Pool was nice but there is no longer a sauna. The apartment was superficially clean but very dusty under beds and on skirting boards

The room was not clean. The AirConditioner doesnt work. The pool is shut.All that aside. It is a great location for a Melbourne visit. We couldnt stay in the room during the day as the AC is broken and the host knew about it. Had to let a technician in to look at AC at 730pm. Also asked me to let them in again at 830 to 10 pm the next night. If they had of communicated that the pool was shut and the AC was faulty, we would have had a chance of re booking. Also the room was not clean at all.

During your stay, Melbourne was going through extreme heat (over 40°C on consecutive days), which can significantly impact cooling performance in many apartment buildings where systems are shared across multiple units using a common external unit. Under such conditions, air conditioning may not perform as effectively as usual, and we’re very sorry this affected your comfort.
We also apologise that the pool was temporarily unavailable during your stay due to maintenance which was outside our control, and for any inconvenience caused by this not being clearer in advance.

Lovely apartment with everything we needed in house (ok…the internet/wifi was a bit slow, but that’s just a small quibble as I had my teenage boys with me!).
Quiet, clean and with the most magnificent view imaginable from the 42nd floor.
The pool and gym were perfect and never crowded and being in the heart of the city makes everything convenient and accessible via foot or public transport.
The beds were comfortable and linen, towels all fluffy and clean.
Our hosts were very responsive and the check in and out procedures were easy and well mapped out in excellent email communications.
Definitely happy to recommend a stay here.
