You'll instantly feel seaside welcomed when you arrive at this whimsical pink house appropriately named, Tip'Sea Flamingo 🦩, just 3 short rows back from the sparkling sea and sand of Surfside Beach.



The Space:

The inside features classic coastal decor with a vintage flair, bright blue furnishings, and a striking blue accent wall. Choose one of the 3 bright bedroom as your favorite, each with its own beachy vibe. You also appreciate the paneled ceiling and wall of windows in the main living area to take in all the surrounding views.



Prepare for a picnic on the beach or dining al fresco on the deck in the amble-sized eat-in kitchen equipped with what you need to enjoy your delectables including stainless steel appliances and plenty of serving, stirring and preparing gadgets. Prefer to grill, we've got you all set there as well. Now all you need to do is be sure to pickup your groceries for the week on the way.

Please note: while the main deck provides plenty of space to enjoy the sea breezes and dining al fresco, the rooftop deck in not available for the safety of our guests including the furry type.

EASY CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:

It's easy to stay with us and secure too! Access the home electronically at 4pm on the date of your arrival with your unique lock code that we specifically give only to you via text and email. Your code is live from 4pm on your arrival date until 11am on the date of your departure.



The Neighborhood:

We (The 979 Crew) love our sleepy Surfside Beach community with plenty of sand and surf to enjoy! This particular home is located in the heart of Surfside and just a few blocks from the Jetty which is an ideal spot for fishing enthusiasts, and with surfing, shelling, and beachcombing just steps away, there's something for everyone to do.



Getting Around:

No touristy chain restaurants, shops or hotels. Just chillin' beach bar and grills, food (and beverage) trucks (like Surfin Rita Daiquiris To-Go), burger joints (like Pier 30 and Sharkies on the Beach) and tasty fresh seafood options (like Seahorse Bar & Grill and Beachfront Deck Bar & Grill) line the water. Surfside is your simple relaxing sandy beach, water sporting, surfing, fishing and crabbing vacation destination.

Every home is fully and professionally cleaned after each guest stay. In addition, all of our homes feature luxury hotel-quality/high thread count on all sheets, bedding, and bath towels which are replaced upon every turnover including the duvet covers and shams (we've heard not every company does this, and we think that's just gross). We take clean seriously! When you rent a 979 home, you'll also receive the 'comforts of home' guest welcome starter supply of shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, tp and paper towels, dishwasher and clothes washer pods. We want your stay to be as easy as you do, and the 979 Crew aims to deliver on that commitment. We love our island guests!



🐾 PUP-FRIENDLY:

Bring Fido(s)! We welcome your furry friends (aka family members). Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are allowed at this home, subject to approval and a non-refundable pet fee of $100 per dog per stay.



WIFI/TV SERVICE:

Our properties include WIFI/Internet and TV service for your streaming services. Due to our location (Island living is a whole other way of life), service may be unpredictable or spotty, and repair times can be delayed. While we will do everything we can to ensure these items are in good working order before your arrival, please note, these services may not be as consistent as they are in your area. So grab your favorite people, ditch the electronics, and spend the day at our beautiful beaches!



979 VACATION PROPERTY SERVICES:

All 979 rental home follow local and state tax rules. Reservations may be booked up to 365 days in advance. Please send inquiry and details if more than a year out as rates and availability may not be updated. Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, $1M liability protection and $10K damage insurance - and good news, No Security Deposit Required!



CANCELLATION POLICY:

When booking direct with 979, you may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund. Some exceptions may apply for last-minute reservations. After 24 hours, cancel at least 30 days before your check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment less a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.



Reservations made on 3rd party channels/OTAs such as Airbnb, VRBO, Booking, Hopper etc may be subject to terms and conditions which may be different than 979's. When booking through a 3rd party channel, the cancellation policy you agreed to at the time of booking is the cancellation policy on your reservation.
