**Newly Renovated for 2026 — Fresh Flooring, Fixtures, Bedding, and Paint Throughout!**

Welcome to your dream beach getaway! This beautiful 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is perfectly designed for relaxation and fun—just steps from the sand and surf with sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico. Unwind on the expansive **16-foot deck**, listen to the ocean breeze, and soak in the serenity. High-speed internet included!

**Room for Everyone**
This spacious retreat comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests with a smart layout:
- 2 primary bedrooms with queen beds and private ensuite bathrooms
- 1 charming bunk room with a twin-over-twin and twin-over-full (sleeps 5!)
- 1 additional queen bedroom
- Sleeper sofa in the living room + space for one more on the love seat

Each room has a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with Roku.

Charging ports in every bedroom and shared space—just bring your cords.


**Fully Stocked Kitchen & Open Living Area**
Cook up family feasts or midnight snacks with a kitchen stocked with everything: dishes, gadgets, pots, pans, and modern appliances. The open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, and comfy living room make it easy to gather and relax.

Comes fully furnished with linens, towels, pillows, and even a hair dryer. All you need to pack are your clothes, food, and personal essentials.

Outdoor shower and shaded seating area under the house are perfect for post-beach rinses or BBQs on the charcoal grill.

ADA-approved ramp and wide stairs make access a breeze. You'll enter into an airy living/dining/kitchen area, with all bedrooms and baths thoughtfully arranged toward the back. Laundry area and hall bath are centrally located for convenience.

Walk to local beachside restaurants in minutes, or take a short drive to more dining, bars, and stores.

We have stayed here a few times now and always love it! Such a great location with easy access to the beach and walking distance to beachfront restaurants. The house itself has a great setup both inside and out is well stocked. Can’t wait to come back again!

Excellent property & just what we were looking for. The owners were great; if I had a question, they would respond within a few minutes every time. Very clean, nice kitchen, close to ocean. The grandkids had a great time.

Our Family Vacation was WONDERFUL!!The Beach was so close we got to enjoy it twice a day with the grandkids.The bed accommodations were perfect for us, they were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you think you could need or use. Definitely recommend this house for your Surfside Beach time stay!!

Amazing home with great access

The beach house was perfect for our weekend vacation! All the rooms are on 1 level. The rooms were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was wonderful sitting on the comfortable deck and it had cover most of the day. Great walkway to the beach. We will definitely be back.

Perfect holiday getaway

We decided to just relax on the beach for Thanksgiving this year and this was the perfect location. Peaceful, quiet, clean. Plenty of room for everyone and the dogs. I would definitely stay here again.

Another Great Stay Here!

This is an awesome house in a great location on Surfside Beach. Just steps to the beach and walking distance to a couple of the restaurants on the beach. House is well stocked and was a perfect size for 4 adult couples. Owners are very responsive as well. I highly recommend this rental!

A GREAT STAY

An easy place to get too and well equipped for a beach stay. beds were very comfortable. The ramp is helpful for old people and getting stuff upstairs. We did some cooking so the well equipped kitchen was a big help

Spacious beach house

We rented this beach house so all of our kids and grandkids could be together. It was very spacious with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and was close to the beach. The big porch was a bonus. We will definitely stay here again.

The house was perfect for our family, great location with great beach access. House was clean. Really appreciated the little details like a bucket of small beach goodies for the kiddos and the coffee for the adults. All around it was terrific! Thank you very much for a great weekend getaway!

We have an accessibility ramp that makes entering the house a breeze! I have a bad knee and can't do stairs so it is awesome! Also, it makes light of getting groceries and other items up to the house.
