Serene newly renovated retreat: Sea Views & Beach Access

Are you looking for a quiet stay in a lovely neighborhood close to great beaches, amazing shopping malls and good schools. Look no further! We love the street and bought this home recently and it has a seperate self contained cottage on the property that we have fully renovated ready for you to enjoy!

From a full kitchen with a gas stove and an open plan living and dinning room, you can either work from the kitchen bench or dining table or use the sofa as a pull out bed for your kid.

It also has a great deck with outdoor seating that has a slight view of the ocean and the many trees dotted with Tui birds.

It has a cozy bedroom with ample closet space and an amazing bed with different pillow options for you to choose from.


The bathroom has a shower with great water pressure, toilet and a washer and dryer that you have full access to during your stay.

Good quality, low tox soaps and shampoos are provided. Linen and towels are there and if there is anything I can organise to make your stay amazing please let me know.

Ensure all used dishes are washed, dried, and returned to their places. Strip the beds you’ve used and leave the linen in the laundry basket.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours are from 10:00am - 7:00pm. Please note we live in a residential area and these are the rules all residents need to follow.

We are blessed to live in a lovely Neighbour hood overlooking a great view. We travel often and have stayed at lots of AirBnb’s and wanted to have something that other people can enjoy at the same high standard we like. You don’t have to spend the first 30mins of your holiday cleaning. The home is cleaned and sanitized ready for you to just enjoy!!!

Why they chose this property

It is in Auckland (NZ’s biggest city) but it feels secluded, quiet and like you are away from it all.

You are greeted by birds chirping in the morning and yet all the amenities you could need are a stone throw away. We have Botany mall that has stores like H&M 7 mins away, a grocery store 3 mins away and we are close to the airport as well as to the ferry terminal that can take you into the city or to Waiheke island.

What makes this property unique

Quiet lovely street with a lot of native New Zealand birds. Close to bus stop that takes you to Botany shopping center and Half moon bay marina which has boats that can take you to the city and Waiheke island.
