The south-facing unit boasts a private balcony with breathtaking Aspen Mountain views. Its open floor plan ensures comfort and convenience, featuring a spacious laundry room and a cozy wood-burning fireplace. Situated in the sought-after South Point building, residents enjoy a secure lobby entrance with an elevator, a ski locker, and a private storage room. Guests will be provided with a street parking permit for one vehicle.
This condo accommodates 5 guests:
Primary Bedroom: 1 Queen + TV
Second Bedroom: Two twins convertible to King + TV
Other: There is also a Twin sleeper sofa in the living room.
Guests of Frias Properties receive complimentary Aspen Airport transportation, free Wi-Fi, concierge services, housekeeping, and 24/7 maintenance support, and complimentary access to local health club facilities. (Passes can be obtained from any Frias Properties front desk during regular business hours.)
