Ongare Point offers a small sandy beach that is great for boaties, walkers, kayakers and swimming. The beach sits at the end of a no-exit road, offering total seclusion away from shops, footpaths and crowds. There is a playground, picnic tables under shady trees, and an unrestricted view of northern Tauranga Harbour.
