Master loft with a king bed overlooks living room and includes a day bed, two spacious bedrooms downstairs feature another king bed, one queen bed; fourth bedroom features 3 twin beds. All rooms with views. Peaceful, well maintained, sparkling clean. Firepit, grills and outdoor seating, double detached locking garage located at the end of a private drive (near Mink Creek, 3.5 min from Goosepond Colony Golf course and marina). Perfect for fishermen, family vacations, golfer and hunters. Included: fully equipped kitchen, fridge and range, washer/dryer, coffee station, microwave, tv/cable, central heat/air, smoke detectors, exterior security lighting, NONSMOKING residence. Fishing Trip

This house was very practical for what we needed and the location provided quick, convenient access to lake Guntersville. Nothing fancy but everything we needed. Large area for parking multiple boats and the location was very private. Property owner was readily available and helpful when needed. Definitely on my list of places to return to.

Lady Bass Anglers Women’s Pro Tour

Mr. Gray was an excellent host. Made sure we had everything we needed. There were six of us from all over the U.S. fishing this tournament. House was well equipped and clean. We totally enjoyed our stay and would book this again.

Guntersville fishing trip with family

The house was very convenient and laid out for our purpose. The house and area was very clean. We enjoyed the use of the garage and being able to park the boat inside so the boat was not wet for fishing the next morning. The owner went above and beyond to answer any question or concerns that we had. This was our first experience with a VRBO and we will most likely pursue this in the future.

Thanksgiving Getaway

Cozy lil spot tucked away in the woods. I'm a city girl so I really didn't know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised with the property. I'm in a wheelchair so it can be challenging to maneuver outside of my comfort zone. The owner gave us some plywood to make me a ramp to get through front door. We used the fire pit to make s'mores. Small kitchen but well stocked with everything you need from pots to silverware. Great shower. Spacious bedrooms. Only issue was overheating the upstairs rooms. Heat rises so when we used the fireplace the upper rooms get really hot while downstairs gets chilly. And the smoke alarm goes off constantly while cooking so always have a person sitting nearby to fan it, lol. But overall we got some much needed rest and family quality time. The owner is an absolute sweetheart!

Great place to stay for a fishing trip

My son and some friends came down to fish Lake Guntersville. The house was very close to multiple ramps. It had a garage to keep one of the boats in at night. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Will come back again

Guntersville Fishing Trip

The property was clean and the house was great. The owner was friendly and helpful. Nice folks! It was hard to find at first. It's off the "beaten path". All in all, it was a great place.

Nice safe place to stay

We were there for a week long fishing event and the proximity to the lake is great. This place will sleep 5/6 people comfortably and has plenty of parking for 3 trucks & boats. Also has a garage that will hold one of the boats.

Guntersville Lake Fishing

Third stay at this property. Very good location for several fishing access points. Secluded but safe area . Host very responsive to any problems and lives only a few hundred yards away.

Quiet and peaceful

This property is not fancy, but it was just what we needed! It is quiet and peaceful. I enjoyed sitting on the porch, watching the chipmunks and counting the fireflies. I stayed there with my parents and my children. There were enough beds that we had some flexibility.
