Our properties are professionally managed and include starter coffee kits, kitchen consumables, welcome gift, and bathroom essentials. We offer timely guest service support throughout your stay.

INTERIOR

This beautiful condo is situated in a prime location within Palm Valley Country Club. The living room features a sectional sofa that offers ample seating for enjoying your favorite TV shows and sports on the 65-inch Smart TV. The dining table accommodates four people, and the kitchen is conveniently connects to the living room through a breakfast bar. The kitchen is well-stocked and provides access to the front patio, which includes a small bistro table perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The living room boasts high ceilings, plenty of natural light, and access to the patio, where you can enjoy a view of the golf course. The condo features a washer and a dryer and parking for two cars.



SLEEPING QUARTERS

The main en-suite bedroom includes a king-sized bed, a 42-inch Smart TV, and views of the golf course. The en-suite bathroom features double sinks and a spacious walk-in shower. There is also plenty of closet space available for guest use. The guest bedroom is equipped with two queen-sized beds, a dresser, and large closets. The hallway bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a single sink with ample storage.



EXTERIOR

The front patio includes an outdoor sofa for relaxation, a four-burner BBQ, and access to the garage. The back patio offers stunning views of the golf course and a water feature. It features a six-person outdoor dining table, two chaise lounges, and a fire feature for cooler nights.

Palm Valley Country Club is located 4 miles to the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, 10 miles to the Empire Polo Grounds (Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals), 18 minutes to the Living Desert, 25 minutes to Palm Springs Airport, 2.5 hours to San Diego, L.A. and Disneyland.

Amazing!

This is the nicest rental I have ever stayed in and I stay in a lot. Beautiful furnishings, comfortable bedding, well stoked kitchen and cozy patio. Sparkling clean and a welcome gift with warm music playing upon arrival. I hope to come stay here again!!! Nice work owners!!!

Z Retreat provided the perfect home during our weekend getaway to the desert. The home was clean, comfortable, organized, and included so many extra features. No detail was missed. In addition to the convenient location to the pool and great view of the golf course, the neighborhood provides easy access to many activities in the Valley. We will definitely be back!

Exceeded Expectations: Palm Valley Country Club

Photos and written descriptions accurately portray the property. The condo is spacious, comfortable and clean. Bathrooms and kitchen are updated. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor patio adjacent to the golf course. The property manager responds quickly to questions; responses were helpful. We highly recommend this property and would certainly consider returning.
