Appartement dans résidence très bien située à quelques dizaines de mètres du port et de la mer. L appartement est fidèle au descriptif avec la climatisation en bonus qui nous a bien servi durant ces grosses chaleurs. Boulouris est très bien desservie par le ter à 4mn de St Raphaël et par le bus qui vous emmène sur toutes les plages. Très pratique pour des vacances sans voiture. La propriétaire est très sympathique et nous a même proposé de nous emmener voir l'éclipse. En bref à louer les yeux fermés.

Une communication et un accueil au top . La gentillesse de Cathy Le logement idéal et encore mieux que sur les photos . Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les équipements, les petits gestes ( produits et accessoires de toilettes ) encore mieux que dans un hôtel . La proximité de Saint Raphaël, et la proximité des plages et des commerces, ainsi que des accès a l'autoroute. Nous espérons avoir l'occasion de revenir très vite. Cédric et Célia.

Points positifs : Très bon accueil, emplacement, stationnement, sentier du littoral à 100 m, accès direct au centre ville en 10mns, appartement bien agencé ( 2 chambres, dernier étage 2 sdb .) restaurants et superette à proximité. Points négatifs : Décoration vieillotte, linge mis à disposition usé et presque à craindre, cuisine et ustensiles sales, quelques dispositifs cassés... bref ensemble usé surement par les locations estivales successives.

La gare TER de Boulouris à 300m pour escapades rapides sur Cannes (< à 30 minutes) voire A/R sur Saint Raphael centre ou Agay plage en quelques minutes = pas besoin de la voiture durant l'ensemble du séjour !
