Hi there! Thank you for stopping in at Sandalfoot 3B3! Thank you so much for your wonderful review, and the 10/10 score rating! We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the cleanliness, amenities, and beautiful lanai views. It’s great to know the pool, shuffleboard court, boardwalk, and beach all added to your experience, and that the care and maintenance of the property stood out during your stay. Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback about your stay at Sandalfoot 3B3. We’re glad you enjoyed the condo itself and its location, especially having the beautiful Sanibel Island beach so close by. We also hear you on the parts of the stay that were disappointing. The condition you described with the candy on the floor and the fans and vents is not the impression we want guests to have when they arrive, and we’ll be sharing those comments directly with our housekeeping team. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the towel setup and trash disposal. Even when certain procedures are part of how a property operates, we understand how important it is for guests to know what to expect before and during their stay. Thank you for being candid with us. Feedback like yours gives us specific areas to look at and improve rather than simply knowing that something fell short. We hope the good parts of your time on Sanibel still made for some great memories, and we’d truly appreciate another opportunity to host you in the future and provide a much better experience from beginning to end.
