Sunset Escape - Stunning Beachfront Views

Unwind, relax and enjoy the amazing sea views and stunning sunsets at our beautiful beach front home. We are a just a short walk down the hill to the beach and local park, and only a 15 minute drive from Whanganui. There is a patrolled swimming area during the summer months. The fishing is fantastic, and there is plenty of fish to be caught either by surf casting or long lines and also white baiting in season.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Fantastic house in a great location. There was room for everyone for our extended family Christmas getaway. The downstairs area was great for the kids and the view from the deck was stunning! Definitely recommend this place.

Sun, Sea, and Serenity at Kai Iwi

We had a wonderful stay at Sunset Escape – Kai Iwi. It’s a cosy, well-maintained property that easily accommodated our group of 14, made up of three families with kids. The house was clean, spacious, and fully equipped with all the amenities we needed.The highlight was definitely the stunning view of the beach and ocean – absolutely perfect for anyone who loves being near the sea. The property felt private and peaceful, with no disturbances from neighboring houses.Overall, it was a great experience, and we’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beachside escape with family or friends.
