Handy for the beach - a couple of minutes walk from the beautiful Geographe Bay, the home is set back one street from the beach. The beach is very quiet, great for kids and dog-friendly.

Five minutes drive to town, the jetty, playgrounds, bars, restaurants - the Events Capital of WA is on your doorstep!

Watch the boats sail past the end of road or take a walk over the bridge to the marina and enjoy The Deck restaurant.

Huge entertainment space with kitchen, dining and big smart TV.

Fully enclosed large back garden with patio seating, courtyard and lawn. Trampoline for the kids.

Two lounge areas with TVs. Loads of DVDs to enjoy. PS4 for the kids (young and old!)

Main bedroom has ensuite. Other bedrooms share the 'spa' bathroom.

Air-conditioning (hot and cold) for the main living area. Bedrooms all have ceiling fans.

The garage is available to park your car and additionally there is driveway parking.

Pets are welcome, but due to council regulations cannot be left in the home unattended.

Included in the cleaning fee - linen is provided and beds are made-up. Bath towels, hand towel and bath mat are also provided - please bring your own beach towels and face clothes.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, shower gel, dish washing liquid, sponge & bin bags, etc. is provided.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

We wish you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.

Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and will result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.
No pets to be left unattended at any time. No parties – quiet after 10pm. Please note that the owner’s elderly parents live close by! This home is licensed for a maximum of 6 people (which includes children) at the premises at any one time. If you break these conditions, you will be required to leave immediately with no refund. If you open it close it, if you turn it on turn it off. If you take it out put it away. :) Be happy.
