Step out and stroll to the waterfront where you'll find an array of cafes and eateries, including The Surf Club and local pub. With a sparkling saltwater pool, light-filled living areas, and a breezy seaside vibe, it's perfect for families. Heating and cooling ensure year-round comfort, while three full bathrooms add to your group's convenience.



The Space:

Step inside this refreshed 1980s beach house and feel instantly at home, where original charm blends seamlessly with modern comfort.



The bright main living area features comfortable lounges and air conditioning, while a separate TV room offers the perfect space for movie nights or quiet downtime. The open kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances, generous bench space, and everyday essentials, flowing into a six seat dining area with additional breakfast bar seating for relaxed meals together. Outside, a private saltwater pool and fully enclosed backyard create a peaceful oasis for sunny afternoons, kids at play, pets to roam, or quiet moments with a coffee.



Four comfortable bedrooms are spread across the home, with ducted air conditioning and ceiling fans upstairs, plus a split system in the main living area and a ceiling fan downstairs for year round comfort. With multiple bathrooms, laundry facilities, Wi Fi, and off street parking, this home is thoughtfully designed for easy and carefree coastal stays.



Bedroom 1: Primary bedroom featuring a king bed, ceiling fan, and a modern ensuite complete with a freestanding bath and dual vanities.



Bedroom 2: Comfortable queen bedroom with ceiling fan, ideal for couples or additional guests.



Bedroom 3: Cozy bedroom with a double bed and ceiling fan.



Bedroom 4: Flexible family bedroom offering a double bed and a single bed, ideal for children or mixed groups.



Bathrooms: Three bathrooms service the home, including the ensuite to the primary bedroom and additional bathrooms located upstairs and downstairs, each fitted with a shower and toilet for added convenience.

Woorim, located on the eastern side of Bribie Island, is a charming coastal suburb known for its relaxed beachside lifestyle and natural beauty. Woorim Beach is a popular spot for swimming, surfing, and fishing, and it's patrolled by lifeguards, making it a safe destination for families.



The neighborhood has a laid-back, community-oriented atmosphere, with a mix of permanent residents and holidaymakers. There are a number of parks and picnic areas, perfect for outdoor activities and family gatherings.



Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the nearby national parks and wildlife reserves, where you can explore coastal dunes, bushland, and wetlands, home to diverse birdlife and native plants. The area is also close to Bribie Island National Park, offering trails for walking, cycling, and 4WD adventures.



Well-connected to the rest of Bribie Island and the mainland via the Bribie Island Bridge, providing easy access to additional services and shopping centers in Bongaree and Bellara. Despite its serene environment, Woorim is only an hour's drive from Brisbane, making it a convenient weekend getaway or a peaceful place to call home while staying within reach of the city's amenities.



Getting Around:

Getting around Woorim on Bribie Island is easy and convenient, whether you're exploring the local area or venturing further afield.



By Walking or Bike: Bribie Island is very walkable and bike-friendly, with a network of cycle paths that connect Woorim to other parts of the island. You can rent a bike locally and enjoy scenic rides along the coastal trails or explore nearby areas like Bongaree and Bellara.



By Car: If you plan to explore more of Bribie Island or the surrounding region, having a car is recommended. Free parking is widely available, and it's just a 10-minute drive to other parts of the island, including the Bribie Island National Park. The island is connected to the mainland by the Bribie Island Bridge, so you can easily drive to Brisbane or the Sunshine Coast for day trips.



Public Transport: There are local bus services that operate on Bribie Island, with routes connecting Woorim to other neighborhoods on the island, as well as to the mainland. The buses are a convenient option if you're traveling without a car.



Taxis & Rideshares: Taxis & services like Uber are available on Bribie Island, providing a convenient option for getting around, especially in the evenings or for trips to areas not covered by public transport.

*Pet-friendly for dogs, upon application - 2 maximum, a $50 per pet fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats.



*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*



*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)



*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.



*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.



*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand. Please be aware that there is an additional charge for this. We appreciate your understanding.
